This game is awesome. I don’t have any problems with it. It’s addicting and satisfying. I do have a few suggestions though. I wish there were actually game situations, not just a guy shooting. Also, I wish that sometimes the shooter would shoot the ball at the center of the goal and you would just have to tap to block it. Lastly, I wish sometimes the goalkeeper would catch the ball instead of just blocking it. That would at a lot more variety! But besides that, everything is perfect!

I downloaded this game to try and thought it was pretty cool…then came all the advertisements!
I would play for 20-30 seconds then it would go in to a 30 second advertisement for a different game. After this happened multiple times I realized that it was not going to stop. I am deleting this game as soon as I am done writing this.
If you like watching advertisements this is a good choice. Lol

This game makes me want to keep trying, and it is very addicting.

Don’t play this game

For a Pik Pok game, I expected more.

1.) Why isn't there a paid version of the game with more scenarios? I'd like to see a scenario that's shot after shot without the 4ish seconds in between shots.
2.) Unlike the other soccer/football game they have, if you miss (concede a goal) with one life remaining, you lose the game. I don't like how it's not the same across games that they make.
3.) The game can lag, which may or may not be attributed to ads loading (my paid version of their Flick Kick game lags too). This sometimes leads to conceding goals. Awesome. Also, the adds are a little obstructive on an iPhone-sized screen.
4.) I've had shots go through my goalkeeper when it should have been a save. Also, I've blocked shots that have gone into the next. For such simple game mechanics (binary outcomes: you save or you don't) this is a little weird.
5.) From some angles, you can't tell where the shot is going (middle or side) and you have a 50% chance of missing when diving for the ball.
6.) As others have said below, sometimes the goalie doesn't respond to my swipe. Womp womp.
7.) The defenders aren't really that useful, and sometimes they take up to 10 or more shots to be effective. Not a huge issue.

It's a good idea but they simply fail in execution. It's a simple game but it lags way too much to be fun. The keeper is slow and often unresponsive to swipes. It's funny, and frustrating, to see the keeper jump after the ball is already in the net, or jut stands there and not move at all after you swipe. He would also sometimes jump in the wrong way, if you swipe down he will jump high instead. Even the kicker and the ball often freezes. I suspect the reason it's slow is because it's busy loading the banner ad during the game. Talking about ads, there are just way way way too much of them, not only there is the ad banner during the game, it also shows an ad every time after a game finishes. I think most of the energy has gone into how to display more ads than how to make the game better. Just glad that I didn't pay for the game.

This is a very entertaining highly addictive game. The addictive part comes with a caveat. The game is extremely buggy. Sometimes you swipe right and the player goes left. Sometimes the goalie jumps on his own and theres nothing you can do. Because of these issues a highly addictive game quickly becomes highly frustrating. The unforgiving nature of this game makes things worse. Id wait 6 months before giving this game a try. Funny enough, the Ads come in without a single problem.

I love flick kick football (need Everton!) and pikpok in general, but this game disappoints. If I miss the save but it hits the post, why is that a strike? Why doesn't the goalie ever catch a ball? And the movement is so limited, it ultimately gets boring. In FK Football there are many ways to score, in this once you move your finger it's over. If these were PKs I'd understand that, but they're not. I want to be able to move the goalie around more. Oh, and the ads are really annoying.

A good start, but it needs a lot of work, which I hope pikpok puts into it.

The concept is great, but the execution is lacking. The keeper doesn't always move in the direction you intend and your chances of stopping low shots is minimal. Giving you only 3 lives is ridiculous. Every minute your starting the game again and being asked to spend money again. Why can't I play the game until I am tired of playing? The physics of the game are not accurate. Shooting the ball & passing the ball does not always give you the results you expected. When the opposition is shooting a note on the screen tells you to stop the shot however, there does not seem to be any way to make that happen.

Update: originally gave 3 stars but now down to 2. The "ball going thru the goalie with the "big goalie" power up has got to be fixed. That along with how sensitively it looks for swipes (causing inadvertent jumps the wrong direction) has cost me some high scores. Great concept, madly frustrating. Now make it work.

Great concept, but too many "fluky goals" on the last life ruin the experience. What I mean is that a correct, well-timed move still results in a goal. Once in awhile is fine, but is frustrating when it happens on the last life a lot. Fixing this would make it a 5 star for sure

This game is fantastic. Apparently most people don't understand that this game is about timing, so they whine about lagging response, etc. if you're even half intelligent, this game makes sense and is a blast! There is one pretty large bug that I see pretty consistently: if I have the increased size power up activated and I try to block a shot to either top corners, the ball goes right through the goalie. Really annoying.

There is advertisement during 100% of the play along on the bottom of the screen. If that wasn't enough, there's a video ad when you complete a game. I know it's a free app but that's a bit ridiculous.

The game itself is not compelling in any fashion. I so wanted to like this as I really dig their Flick Kick Football but I'm more keeper at heart than striker. The keeper movements are sluggish and rudimentary. There is only one "game" to play. Flick Kick Football has 4 different games.

The only cool thing about the game is the song that plays while you're in the menus.

I am a goalie so I know that you need good reflexes. This game is basically a training app that does not involve physical movement. The game has certain power ups that can make you have defenders, become bigger, or have a radar. Sometimes these power ups glitch and disable the goalie from moving. Besides the bad things, FlickKickGoalkeeper is great!😊

I had to re-download the game because the goalkeeper could not keep up with my moves. Is a fun game, But it needs a couple of updates. After you have it for a while the goalkeeper doesn't really move. It would be nice if you can have Your goal keeper have the colors that you want. Other than that good game

Looking forward to the upcoming modes and updates! Pretty fun game. Although I wish there's a difficulty setting where you can turn off the ball radar or increase the striker's kicking speed.

Also, never have I hated a kid on the bike or been annoyed by the "I can see clearly now the rain is gone" song more. What a shame...I like Johnny Nash.

The glitches have worked in my favor sometimes but more often they work against me. I dive the wrong way and get the save anyway or I dive the right way, perfectly timed, and somehow the ball passes. Sometimes the ball bounces off the goal but counts as a score against me. Lots of fun but frustrating when game ends due to glitches.

Let me start by saying that this game is really addictive after you become good at it. Having said that, NONE of PikPok's best games have yet to be optimized for the iPhone 5. PikPok needs to hurry up and optimize their games so that users have better experiences while playing them
