It wouldn't let me plan anything. it didn't even have febuary vacation listed there were only one day holidays (like thats gonna let me plan a vacation to disney world) IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT GET HolidaysandVacations INTILL THEY FIX THIS PROBLEM)

Will not open on my iPod Touch since the latest update. I have restored to the previous version and will check back later to see if you will fix the problem in a later update.

I would love it if you could import your regions calendar into the iPads default calendar. Otherwise, I like HolidaysandVacations a bunch.

I thought at first it was a great free app until HolidaysandVacations was closed and all the options were lost. Why doesn't it save the options?

Exactly what I was looking for and nice how you can choose which holidays you want listed. Even has Super Bowl Sunday so I doubt they missed any

HolidaysandVacations is great if you understand it, and it is not hard to understand. The default switched-ons are federal holidays and you are able to switch on more options depending what country you care about and what religion you observe. Awesome stuff.

This a quick index of holidays by country that also shows which day of the week each one falls on. You can include more than one country's holidays to display. Very handy! It would be nice to see the solstices, equinoxes, and first day of seasons included. Otherwise, great app!

This is an excellent resource, and is not difficult to use, but you do have to go into settings and pick what you want to display. I was reluctant to get HolidaysandVacations because of the poor general rating, and I can not fathom why anyone would give this less than 3 or 4 stars. I give it 5 stars!

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews, HolidaysandVacations has several holidays in it, people just need to learn how to use the setting button to set the holiday dates they are looking for, I've been using HolidaysandVacations for a few years and love it, it threw me for a loop when they updated the look of the calendar, but was put at ease when I went under settings and got all holidays back, INCLUDING FATHERS DAY.
Thank you for having a awesome app, and I hope the review helps the less patient ppl who can't use HolidaysandVacations because of operator error 😉

Many reviews state that it doesn't include standard US religious holidays. However, if you click on the globe icon in the upper left corner this brings you to 'setting' where you can enable/disable holidays such as Easter, for example. Once you make the changes you have to click 'done'. The changes will not be updated automatically. You must first close HolidaysandVacations altogether then reopen it--there you will see all the holidays the changes that you have made i.e. the holiday you have enabled/disabled.

Simple to setup. Easy to navigate. Great features. Includes all standard holidays - Plus you can turn on others like Easter, etc, with one touch.

Try it and you will see that only the most simple minded are unable to use this very easy app. Only those who who are not able to read or use the intuitive functions of the iPhone will have problems. The few that refuse to keep their OS up to date are likely to complain about errors.

The rest will enjoy this great little app and see that it delivers everything it promises.

I just started to use it and it seems very useful and easy to use. An idea for upgrading - In the case of viewing vacations of number of countries in the same page, then it would be very helpful if public holidays in the other countries were highlighted in a different way and also get details in which countries
