Close and restart the Bovada app on iPhone
Update Bovada app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bovada iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Bovada network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bovada app issues:

Force Stop the Bovada App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bovada app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bovada to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bovada App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bovada app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bovada.

Fix Bovada unable to contact server/ Bovada internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Bovada » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Bovada » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bovada on android.
