I’ve been a huge fan of Ramsey and was aware of the beta two years ago. I was invited to participate in the beta this second go round and was disappointed to find out joint banking with your spouse is not an available feature. Now with the official roll out, this feature is STILL not available despite their FAQ saying it would be made available before go live. Not sure how I am supposed to transition to this new banking platform when my spouse wouldn’t have line of sight to our finances or a debit card from which to spend. Confusing that Rachel and the team preach joining your accounts but this isn’t an option on their own system. Barrier to our family using the system.

I am a huge Ramsey fan but I can not get behind this product. Working in the accounting industry for decades, I see and use many client banks and apps. This one is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service isn’t good either. And when a customer has missing funds from a transfer, the answer should NEVER be we can’t help you, call customer service. The history they are directing me to is not on the app either. Just a list of transactions. No help with a missing one. Feels very scammy to me even though I know the Ramsey group would never support it. Misses the mark by miles. Now to wait until “business hours” to find my missing money. Boo!

It’s all a lie. Called them first answer got transfer without even saying my issue. Second they want my email so they can get back to me. And she told me after I asked her if this is how am I going to be service anytime I need customer service said I would have better luck next time.
What a a yeah I was expecting something way better.
