Terribly buggy and broken

Lacks any basic feature you’d expect a fantasy football app to have. You receive players who are injured and on BYE weeks, with no way to replace them after the first game of the slate starts. The leaderboards don’t work. The scoring is opaque and incoherent. There’s no acknowledgment anywhere that everything is broken, but they’re happy to take your money in a monthly subscription anyway. The foundational idea is sound, and I’d love to play a fantasy app like this, but it’s just too early for this app. Devs, can we expect it to be fixed? Can early users be compensated for this awful experience when the app is actually good? I hope you figure it out, there’s the seed of something really great here!
Fun Game, but Misleading and Poor Customer Service

Fun I enjoyed playing the game itself, but I had won a week and was led to believe I would get a $50 prize, however as time went on I received no email with instructions on how to receive the prize. I then reached out letting them know, and the customer service person replied saying “they did not see my name on the leaderboard”. When I replied again with screenshots of my score saying that I won a $50 prize, the same guy said that “I didn’t score enough” and that “if I would have won the prize, I would have automatically received it”
The premise is nice, but if you can’t receive your reward for winning what’s the point
App is Trash (pay to win)

The game starts you out with players who are hurt or who are just trash. They promise you free packs weekly but everyone I know with the app is yet to receive one. Just tells you “please wait” every week yet never give it to you. U less you got a bunch of $ to waste this isnt the app for you
