How to fix Devente app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Devente app on iPhone
Update Devente app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Devente iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Devente on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Devente network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Devente not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Devente app issues:

Force Stop the Devente App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Devente app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Devente to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Devente App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Devente app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Devente.

Fix Devente unable to contact server/ Devente internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Devente » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Devente » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Devente on android.
