One of my Favorite Mobile Games

I have been playing this game for a good 3 months now, and have yet to find any major problems with it. It is a fun and reasonably difficult platformer, that I would recommend to just about anyone. My recent obsession has been with speed running the game, and I am now a member of the speed running community, which has unlocked a world of new ways to play the game. There are 2 slight issues that I have with the game. Firstly, on my device (IPhone 6s), I experience a bug that happens almost all of the time on the Home Screen, that makes it so that I cannot scroll to the right to click the arrow to visit the next world. I can counter act this by entering the boss fight and then exiting moving the arrow into range, but this has gotten annoying really fast. Lastly, one feature that I really want to be added is an In Game Timer for Fowlst mode. This timer would be separate from the Radish Mode timer, and would greatly help the members of the speed running community have an easier time speed running in Fowlst mode, since as of now we have to retime every single level. Also, if an in game timer is added for Fowlst mode I would also ask that there is a sum of best times, like the one that is there for Radish mode. All in all, my complaints are very minor, and this game deserves so much more praise than it has gotten.

One of the best games out there plus Dadish 3 suggestions

This is obviously a great game too bad I beat it in like two days but it’s still good! This is super funny too with the sinking sand kids and Burgurgular talking about the rapping dog’s hat (I thought he wasn’t evil anymore). Welp, I’m gonna check talk about Dadish 3 suggestions starting with the story being Dadish and the kids going on vacation when they go missing (as usual). The game could have online multiplayer with two people racing through a level. And the level creator that people want so much. The game could also have Momish as a playable character if she ever shows up on vacation. Overall, great game! 6/5
Edit: I found a bug where when you play as Fowlst the arrows aren’t there.

Game is ok, but not as good as the first

Honestly i liked the first Dadish game. It had fun platforming, humor, and good gameplay despite being an App Store game. This game tried some new things. Although not all of them work. World one was pretty standard. Good jokes, simple platforming. Then in world two, you have to ride the Hamburger. His jump is way to heavy for the gaps he has to jump. As a result you must jump pretty much exactly at the edge. Any earlier and you’ll fall into the abyss below and have to start over. I would be fine with that if the hamburger levels were the only flaw. But a lot of the normal levels were way too hard for a game designed with phones in mind. It’s challenging sure, but a lot of the time, you’re put in situations where you have to keep moving or you’ll die. Mess up a single jump and you die. Even when you get a checkpoint, that doesn’t really make the levels that less tedious. The humor is good. And i found the final world to be a little better than the last ones due to the low gravity mechanics. Overall though, i just didnt enjoy this one as much and dont really have any incentive to go back and get all the stars like i did in the first game. The level design felt like a slower version of super meat boy rather than actually being a puzzle platformer. It felt like they wanted me to view more ads every time i died and it’s worse because ads cut the sound off.

Good, but Buggy

As many of my fellow reviewers, I too have completed the previous Dadish game. I quite enjoyed the level difficulty and witty dialogue, as well as the humorous Possum Mode. At first, this game did not disappoint. With new enemies, new characters as well as returning ones, and some intriguing new game mechanics, the main storyline was a joy to complete.

However, there were a few problems that arose with the new Fowlst Mode. As a fan of that series as well, I was immediately excited. Nonetheless, the first few levels revealed that this feature was not ideal for the game. Dangerous spike pits and enemies insignificant, and the greatest obstacles are pushing boxes, and the walls of the level. As Fowlst moves via a jumping motion, pushing boxes becomes a highly difficult task. The other great problem is side-scrolling that the game relies so heavily on. Although in some locations, this functions normally with the 2nd mode of gameplay, there are certain times that it will soft-lock the game, where you cannot jump in either direction and are essentially glued to the wall.

Overall I do recommend the game, but I wish that the developers would fix these game-breaking issues.

Love the story but the game was to easy (edit)

I loved the story I am a big fan of Dadish! But the games are too short and easy. Also the bosses are not very hard. I beat the final boss in like 10 seconds! I would love if you made a Dadish 3! And if you do please make the bosses more challenging and the levels a little more challenging too. Over all it was a great game and I really enjoyed playing it! But like I said it is way to easy I beat it in a less than a day. Okay so after I beat the game I decided to get all of the stars. I finally got them all and I loved what I unlocked! I really like how you get to play as the chicken from Super Fowlist after you get all the stars! I can’t wait to see if there are any more secrets!

Opossum-tastic!

I happened on the first Dadish game looking for a Commander Keen sim to run on my iPhone. What I found was wayyyyy better than Commander Keen. And much to my fortune, Dadish 2 was just about a month away from release!

Now it’s here, I’ve played through 3/4 of it since it’s release on Monday, and it is great! Really well done, and the humor is hilarious.

Just a note for the developer, I had a few levels that seemed to lag in frame rate, which very possibly could be my older iPhone showing its age. Outside of that, two great games at a great price. Really, great work. I hope there’s a Dadish 3 in the cards, I would totally play that too (maybe an ocean floor theme this time?)

Possum mode

I loved Dadish, and I love this game too. I think that the new features and characters are introduced very well and the levels are fun and engaging. I especially loved when the possum showed up, it is my favorite part of the game and I loved that it even had a helmet in space. Once I finished the story I went to get all the stars so that I could play it all again as the amazing possum. But when I got them, I was shocked to find that possum mode had been replaced with fowlst mode. I’m sure that fowlst is a perfectly fine character, but I am still shocked and upset. I know that this probably cannot be changed, and I love the game regardless, but the exclusion of what I’m my opinion was the best part of Dadish seriously detracts from what is otherwise a great sequel

Kept on resetting

I love this game, I played the first Dadish and had 0 issues but after I downloaded Dadish 2 I noticed 1 issue, the game kept resetting and taking away all of my progress. The first time it did this was when I was on level 20-something and I shook it off, no big deal, but then I was on level 50 (the final boss) and I leave Dadish2 for a few minutes and when I came back I was reset all the way back to level 1 and all the other levels are locked. This made me very upset as I really like this game but some of the levels were so difficult and I was so excited to get passed them. I even went around to my family telling them how I got passed level 49. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else but other than that it’s a great game

Incredible

This is the finest piece of art ever made on Dadish2 Store. The way Dadish’s little tail thing wiggles when he jumps is exquisite. The story is so very complicated and twisting and beautiful. The part where you ride on an explosive is very eye opening and you can really see the drive and power they put into creating Dadish2. They really put in the hours. This game gives you the experience that every child dreams of: becoming a pink radish who has more than 2 dozen radish children of all different colors and personalities. When I was a child, I would stay up thinking about becoming a radish, and now, that dream is a reality. Technology really is beautiful.

I would give this 6 stars! (And I have suggestions)

This is such an amazing game! It has all the humor of the first one, if not more! I also love how there are all the stars, and another mode, so there’s a lot of replay ability. All the new mechanics are brilliant! Cannons, Burgururgular Levels, and anti-gravity. Thank you for making this. I have a few suggestions for another game. I know you are the developer, so they are just suggestions. What if Dadish 3 is a level creator, where you can make your own levels. I love the level design and detail in this game, and want to make my own. Thanks again for this glorious game.

Good but ads break the game

As you saw in the title, the ads break the game. I love this game and there is nothing wrong with it but when I get an ad, I have to leave Dadish2 and reopen it because I can’t tap anything after the ads. If I try to leave the game during the add then once I die I instantly get an ad. It’s not that big of a deal but it is annoying after a while. I know that only people that are considering getting the game will see this because I don’t think that the creators look through these comments, but if this does get seen please don’t discard this because it would help all the people that have this problem too.

Y dis so good omg

I love this game , I played the original Dadish a long time ago and it was just , omg it was good , so I saw Dadish 2 in Dadish2 Store looking for something to play and so far I’m at the start of world 3 and the reasons I love this game is , 1. Music is a bop my favorite so far is probably world 3 or world 1 , 2. characters are good no game I have played would be willing to make such ..what’s the word ... different characters, 3. It’s level design is very good,
But I see one flaw , sometimes when I enter a level the game crashes not that often tho and it takes like 5 seconds to reboot the game so it’s fine -PixelPkm

Sequel that’s expanded upon the first.

Dadish 2 was amazing just a small nitpick I’d like to make. You can’t reach the end credits in the extra character mode as the screen doesn’t scroll with your character. The new character sure is different and I had to replay the entire game with him just to see every corner of the world. Also having a separate timed mode for the extra character would be nice too. As some levels are exponentially easier and other are extremely difficult.
Amazing game and I’m looking forward to whatever you make next!

So good I’m already waiting for Dadish 3

Ok so I’ve just started playing Dadish and I finish it and then look to find the second and it’s just as great if not better honestly the levels were very creative and nothing was buggy at all. None of the hit boxes were broken in any level. The “auto scrolling” levels are ok perhaps a little more time on the last one could be added but otherwise no real problems with it. And I’m really excited to see what’s added in the 3rd if there is one.

needs work.

i’ve *tried* to play through every level and even asked some coding friends of mine to try it out and they agree the coding needs to be looked over. there are some levels where you have no option but to die, there is no way to beat the clock or anything like that, the controls bug out 24/7 even when you adjust them, especially then, so when you think you’re going to go left you’ll go right. when you’re pressing jump it won’t respond. i’ve played the same levels trying to play them through identically and there’s something that somehow prevents it, the same moves that i would’ve done at some point in the level to get through a sticky situation wont work, and it’ll backfire over and over and over. i really think y’all might need to take another look at Dadish2 and try at the coding again. i have no use for a game that doesn’t allow me to get through the levels, or you know, just play, so i will be uninstalling. i hope to hear sometime that Dadish2 got an update to stop all of this, maybe then i’d redownload it, but until then there’s literally no use for Dadish2.

Great puzzle platformer, but one problem

Pretty much everything in this game is great except for one thing: ads. If you don’t wanna waste money you have to reload the game every time you complete a level. And it’s a game on Xbox and steam too, so it’s not like ads would be their only source of revenue. Great gameplay but completely ruined by the amount of ads. When I started playing, there weren’t that many ads, presumably to keep you playing long enough to want to pay to remove them, and shortly after that I got them every time I finished a level. And shortly after that, I was getting them every time I died. Don’t buy unless you like paying to remove ads 👍

Genuinely enjoyable classic

In a sea of money churning nonsense or overdone productions for your tiny screen, this app feels the way the first time playing Mario feels. It’s everything you need it to be. Great characters. Sometimes simple. Sometimes intensely hard. But always enjoyable and making you keep trying. The game eases you in to all the things you need to learn as you go very well, and offers ads at just the right frequency so as not to drive you insane. But honestly it’s worth the ad free. More than worth it.

As amazingly fun as the first game!

I absolutely loved the original Dadish and so I was super excited for the second game! So far it is just as fun and quirky as the first game - levels never feel boring and some are just difficult enough to be challenging but not aggravating. The small bits of dialogue are creative and funny, and the design is overall so friendly and inviting. Love this game!! Highly recommend playing the first as well! Great platformer with so much charm. I’ll never get tired of the little radish children :)

Better than the first!!!!!

Omg I LOVE this game! 😁😁😁 First off, the game quality was AMAZING the controls were excellent. Next I love the different kids not just the normal ones. Also, the levels are HARD. You don’t fly by them like other games. The enemy’s are cool as well. I like how there were the old ones and new ones. Finally I love the last world. Or should I say, out of this world. (Get it?) It was so unexpected! Or at least to me it was. Plz plz plz, for my little soul PLEASE make a third one. But over all BEST. GAME. EVER. Thank you.

I did like this game, the levels were fun and challenging

The levels got a little challenging at points but not challenging enough to make you get mad and break your phone just enough to make you want to keep trying, the kids made me giggle at some points and it makes you want to beat more levels just to see what they have to say next. So I would definitely give this game a try if you like platformers or if you don’t like platformers I would still try it!

A Smart, Witty, and Cute Platformer

I love this game for many reasons. It has an adorable art style for one, and the controls feel sleek and sharp. The levels are challenging enough and fun to play, and with each world comes new interesting and inventive mechanics. The variety of enemies adds, well, variety into the mix. The boss battles do leave a little something to be desired, since they’re so easy. But one of my favorite things about this game is how FUNNY it is. It made me laugh out loud more times than I can count, mainly due to its hysterical dialogue between Daddish and his kids. I recommend getting all stars, and paying for no ads. 10/10.
