Once you open UIClaimant , the error screen appears and asks for a non existent update, you click on the “Update Now” and it takes you to UIClaimant Store, but also an error, due to non existent update UIClaimant is asking for, UIClaimant doesn’t work and shouldn’t even be available to download

Covid-19 times?
1. You can’t call because all their phone lines have “extremely high call volume”
2. You can’t access their online UI website because you will just get an error
3. You can’t even log in their UI mobile app
So what do you do?

It’s been 2 mo’s & still Won’t let me log in. When I enter my password & hit Login, UIClaimant blinks weirdly & a black error field pops up “Host Service 100: Uncaught” and a bunch of other crap about it timing out.

UIClaimant is completely useless! It does nothing. All you get are error messages. “No Connection to Host”.
Update it or get rid of it. One would think that the State of California would have the resources to have an operable app.

You cannot connect to their server. I’m not a computer guy but my guess is that it can’t handle all of the activity. The error message is coded so joe shmo don’t know. So again it’s completely USELESS!

You could have paid everyone a check with the 77 million I have made more than 3000 calls 3 emails called the governor office (which is closed) left several voicemails advising them to do LIVE CHAT ASSISTANCES on the home website and 3 weeks in no luck

Entering the exact same login info I use to successfully access the EDD mobile UI website via browser, UIClaimant shows a long error message that disappears. It does not login. UIClaimant is worthless. If UIClaimant were an employee, it would be fired and ineligible for UI.
