How to fix ARMC app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ARMC app on iPhone
Update ARMC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ARMC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ARMC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ARMC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix ARMC not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ARMC app issues:

Force Stop the ARMC App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ARMC app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ARMC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ARMC App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ARMC app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ARMC.

Fix ARMC unable to contact server/ ARMC internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ARMC » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ARMC » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ARMC on android.
