I had rather high hopes for Rentro as the reviews were really good and it looked/seemed legitimate. However after purchasing the pro version of this to manage our properties, Rentro just quit working (wouldn’t load) whatsoever. I tried numerous times as well as deleting Rentro and re downloading. With hopes of still using Rentro I tried to contact Rentro developer thinking it was possibly them just adding updates or working on Rentro itself. (Even took the steps to call Apple so they could walk me through properly reaching out in every way possible to this developer. No luck. The website seemed to be shut down as well. And no “details” were provided when clicking on app details in Rentro Store. I have now requested for a refund and although it was only $35 the hassle of going through all these steps was extremely frustrating and time consuming. For busy people like us looking for efficiency in managing properties… my best advice would be look elsewhere because this is not the one.

Thanks for making this so simple without unnecessary features. Good app for my property management. I like alerts feature that alerts me about late tenants.

Excellent property manager app on play store. Has decimal support for numbers, reports, place to store rental policies, etc. Your email support is great as well. Thank you for the hard work. I'm buying ad free version of Rentro. Thanks.

Really good app.. Everything a landlord need to manage property and tenants with all in one options for keeping records. Would suggest a tablet view in landscape just as in the demo below. Thank you!

Very good app for managing my rental properties, forget about negative reviews about ads, just keep using it and I'm sure you will like it. Best property management app out there. This has pictures support as well. Thanks

Easy to use, simple UI makes this a good app! So far it does plenty. Still learning all it's perks. Thanks so much...I love being able to access from all platforms! That's just great

Excellent app to keep track of your tenants details, incomings, outgoings etc besides generating fantastic reports within seconds. New version is great. Has lot more features. Buying an ad free version as you guys have excellent support.

One of the best Apps I have come across in the Appstore for Managing Property. Very simple, neat and user friendly and most importantly...its for Free. Go for the paid version to avoid the advts. I highly recommend Rentro to all. I suggest Rentro owner to include a report to track Expenses by Unit.

Awesome app. Can track payments/expenses on multiple properties with multiple tenants. It's great to see financial outlook of our rental properties as we go throughout the year instead of waiting for accountant to tell us when filing taxes during tax time

Best and simple rent tracking app on play store. Saw a negative review about permissions. Yes you need to give right permissions to use Rentro , so not really sure what's the issue with that. If you have trouble giving permissions, why use any app.

Great app does what I needed the best out of any available. The support team are so responsive they responded to my query in 5mins, and then an hour later had an update to the store with everything fixed. Really great service and good to know they can be relied on.

I've been using this now for over 3 months. They have a great support team with incredible response rates. They are helpful and pleasant in all my interactions... User friendly and very easy to use. Reports on your fingertips and reminders makes handling ones portfolio easy

This is a great rental properties management application. Best app for tracking rent. Buying paid version now! I hope you will do a similar one for real estate sales accounting and management.
