I can’t believe two years later your company is still having the same issues. What’s the point of OptPrepaid if you can’t set up a new account. What the point of your website if you can not access from a mobile web browser to activate new card/ account. Get your sh- - together already. This is when I really need you guys and I’m already seeing red flags. My own personal credit union was hacked and I’m turning to your guys and I’m not feeling confident at all knowing you have the same issues from 2018.

Resetting the password on your app versus online, will cause you to need to remember two different logins simultaneously.

I haven’t had any transaction history within my app in months, which is incredibly inconvenient. As much as I love receiving my check two days earlier, I will be looking into other prepaid cards that can accomplish this along with a well functioning app.

Since the first day I got my opt plus card I have had many problems. Issue #1 Money just disappearing off of my card took them 3 days to fix the issue . Issue #2 every time I tried to use the card at a store it never worked always got declined when I had money on it!

Even though u have an online account u have to sign up again in OptPrepaid . After u do using the same info it will work. it’s weird I know but it works.

It keeps saying connection lost

I called customer service regarding transaction history is blank, the customer service rep said she would send a fix it ticket to the tech department. It’s been three days and still no transaction history.

Haven’t been able to view recent transactions in months. Which is terrible especially when you like to keep up with your money spent

I have had OptPrepaid for a few months and every time I try and login it says authentication failed.
I can log into the website no problem! But this 👎🏼

I can login the website just fine but I am unable to login with an authorization failed error that doesn’t allow me to do anything.

I hate OptPrepaid I been having problems login in my information is correct and it still don’t let me login this is aggravating

I’ve deleted and redownloaded OptPrepaid and called and had a “ticket” done. No response and still no transaction history.

Used to work fine now it constantly says network connection lost. So frustrating

I can’t even see my transaction history anymore.

I downloaded OptPrepaid but it won’t let me set up an account kept say internet error

It’s been over a year since the application has received an update. Please update.
