Follow these steps to resolve intermittent 1Care Assist app issues:

Force Stop the 1Care Assist App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click 1Care Assist app. » click "Force Stop".

Update 1Care Assist to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 1Care Assist App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "1Care Assist app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch 1Care Assist.

Fix 1Care Assist unable to contact server/ 1Care Assist internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click 1Care Assist » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got 1Care Assist » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
