I have used POTO for the past two years to post on Instagram every day in December leading up to Christmas. I use the same layout every day. I was all excited to post my first picture yesterday, on December 1, and all was well. When I went to post today, December 2nd, the Design layout I had chosen to use this year had disappeared. I spent a good amount of time searching for it. I then tried to help section of POTO but I could not find an answer to my question - that was, “Where did my layout go?” I then tried using the “e-mail us” feature, but all that does is take me to the Terms and Conditions page. The fact that the layout I want to use every day has disappeared, the fact that I have spent a great deal of time today trying to find it, and the fact that the “e-mail us” option does not work, makes me super unhappy. If I could contact someone, I would likely ask for a refund. As it is, I will likely just have to cancel my subscription ASAP.

I reinstalled POTO several times on my different apple devices, but POTO still doesn’t work on some features. For example, when I try to change a filter it doesn’t change it. It just shows the original picture. Also for some pictures (like digital art or screencaps) If a filter is applied, the picture gets all messed up and glitched? This never used to happen at all before. One more problem is that even though I watch an add to get a feature/sticker set, it still doesn’t give me that feature. The only reason I keep POTO is because of the stitch edit, collages and designs.

I like that you can see the collage being created as you add the photos. And I like the variety of layouts
The only thing I would add is a slider to adjust the size of the photo. Once you have multiple photos, it’s hard to adjust the picture size with your fingers on a phone screen

I love POTO. It’s very fun and unique but there are some changes I would like to say. First of all I do not like how you cannot change the date or name on the templates. My parents say I am too young for Instagram so maybe if it is possible you could add an update where ppl could post it on their account? Idk it’s just an idea to set out😕 I do love POTO but just one more thing then I’ll stop complaining! I hope I haven’t wasted your time - Rylie

I haven’t upgraded yet and POTO is limited with out a purchase but the free options are pretty cool gives you somewhat of an idea how it works....I’m still trying to decide if it’s really worth a year for $25... It definitely has a ton of extras that come with the year subscription but with out I’ve purchased. It’s worth checking out!

Have always enjoyed POTO but even more since my Granddaughter was born! I also enjoy making special pictures for others. Sometimes it makes their day 🙂

I continue to enjoy this app I do miss some of my favorite choices that use to be free. However this is always a creative choice to use. Thank you!

This used to be my go to app for all my IG posts. But now whenever I try to use the first option on the collage option (which creates a square post with white space on both sides) it just creates a full square post instead???? With no white space!
And the weird thing is that the option is still there but now when I click on it, the photo fills the space. I’m incredibly annoyed and won’t be using POTO for IG anymore I guess. Major bummer..

I use POTO to create collages of my clothing items that I post for sale on Poshmark. It is easy to use, and I appreciate the options to modify the layout of the photos in order to create an eye-catching representation of the items I want to sell. 😊

POTO has been great! I love it. So easy to use. Very user friendly… until this last month. I’m guessing there are compatibility issues with the latest iOS???? Now some of my photos get cropped or get distorted when I try to make a collage, and it does not allow me to change those edits automatically made by POTO so it is often unusable. I am so disappointed. I hope something changes so it works again. I used to consider it a 5 star app.

I originally got POTO because the stickers were creative and crisp and I liked the different editing options. I was about to delete POTO though, because for a long time I could not use My purchased stickers. I see it’s finally been fixed.. I greatly appreciate it. Can we get some more creative stickers please? I really like POTO.

I love POTO just wish there was a couple more things to change the layout.

• There’s not an option to save a photo in the 3x2 ratio only 2x3.
•I used to be able to round the corners of my border now I can’t.

If there was an option to zoom in on the project as a whole to be able to pick out certain parts and edit, it’s really hard with a phone screen to adjust the position of each picture in the collage, other than that I’m extremely happy with the outcome of my project!

I’ve used POTO for YEARS and always loved it. I use it daily for work projects and it’s the best ‘collage apps’ I’ve tried. However. Like others have mentioned, recently POTO will automatically crop your photos with no option to zoom back out. So POTO is no longer functional for me at all and unfortunately I’ve had to look at new options 😞

Upon first glance I thought this was a great app to use exclusively for many Instagram posts were looking to create. Unfortunately bought the year long package deal. I’ve never in my life been spammed so much despite paying full price for an app that can’t stop forcing game ads down my throat. I’m done. Demanding refund. Save yourself from spam. Guys please rethink your strategy. Make your product experience far better than this! No one will adopt to pay full price and be spammed.

When putting pictures into a collage, POTO automatically makes the individual pictures bigger and takes away the background. Also when you try to save and download collages it stretches the picture horizontally. I’m not sure what happened or changed but I’ll probably be deleting POTO once I find another one.

Another new iPhone 13 user whose photos are distorting in the collages when saved. Was fine last week on my iPhone XS with older iOS, but with the new phone the pics look fine in the preview and then save horrible distorted. I sell online and have used POTO every day for years, I am extremely bummed that this but seems to have been going on for a while and hasn’t been fixed yet.

It can be frustrating- Getting the pictures to move can be extremely difficult but it’s nice to be able to make nice collages I wish they had more sizes available like 8 x 10 5 x 7 because most others are all square which is not easy to frame

You need to fix what was a great app.
I subscribed because I found this to be one of the better collage/design apps. I downloaded everything then after one of the updates- only a few of the sticker, fonts,& background packs were there. I downloaded them only to get a red bar up top and the download button again! I’ll try ONE more time and if that doesn’t work, subscription CANCELED!

Paid money for full price for a year long. Download failed within 3 months. Sent emails no reply or help! Bunch of thieves running this company. They have no concerns after receiving the money. Extremely unhappy.

I just paid $24 for POTO so I can use their fun frames and design. By paying $24 per year I also expected for it to be ad free. Anytime I click on ANYTHING I have to sit through 30 seconds of advertisements for game apps that I would NEVER buy. So in order to create one item I had to sit through three 30-second videos to sell game apps. I feel cheated and angry. I want an immediate refund please!

I find myself using POTO very often. I work with pictures and use many apps. I find myself using this quite a bit.
So easy and you can get great results.
Go for one of the best, Get it now, you will love it.
