Your locations outside the gulch in Nashville only had 1 rate, 20$ for parking until midnight. The parking lot is immediately outside restaurants and take up valuable space downtown. Not offering 2 hour parking is highway robbery, and forcing people to pay 20$ minimum when they are already going out to eat is a disgusting practice. The owners if these lots should be ashamed of themselves. I drove to 2 different locations (both lots max had 2 cars parked out of 60+ spaces) and both only offered the same rates. Terrible business, terrible people.

I paid through PremierParking for 6 hours and came back 30 minutes to find a ticket. This company is very disorganized and you will get a ticket if you pay online. Apparently they have a contractor that writes up tickets and has no way of checking if you pay online. What makes things worse is that after you have a ticket they are able to tow your car. I tried calling this company and no one answers. Like I said DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, very disorganized.

The payments will sometimes fail to process without notification, and you’ll get ticketed as a result. Prepare to waste a few hours in dispute resolution once you go down that route. Not surprising to see a crappy company with crappy tech...

$20 regardless of when you park. Doesn't allow you to continue your parking time ahead of time. Forced to renew at midnight. Yea you can find your car and pay thru PremierParking easily and if you are gonna use it one or twice it's great but long stays in the city are a pain.

I’m at a show, having paid and put in my cell phone. They text me and no way to extend time, so had to buy almost twice the price to make sure we weren’t towed or ticketed. I’ve parked multiple times in premier over the years, this was very frustrating...

I found PremierParking very confusing. Doesn't allow a user to choose the end of the parking session. Consequently, you have to renew your parking session every 24 hours and when it ends at mid night.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Signing up for an account did not work right! Put all your information in and there is no button for “continue” or “sign up” that is always there - it’s only there in certain situations.

PremierParking did not permit me to change my duration. Admittedly, in a hurry. Ultimately, after fiddling with PremierParking for 10-mins I succumbed and paid the $10 for 4 hours. Got to be kidding me. Ugh. Merry Christmas!!! G. Mattingly

It's nice that a parking company has an app. I'd rather pay through an app then leave a meeting to feed a machine.

I attempted to pay cash for parking, and the machine wouldn’t take my money, I was super agg, such an inconvenience when I didn’t have the money on my card but only cash, pleas fix

WOW! I wish everyone had an app so easy to use. It really helped me when my meeting ran late I just logged in and added time. So easy.
