How to fix BOLDIE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BOLDIE app on iPhone
Update BOLDIE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BOLDIE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BOLDIE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BOLDIE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BOLDIE app issues:

Force Stop the BOLDIE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BOLDIE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BOLDIE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BOLDIE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BOLDIE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BOLDIE.

Fix BOLDIE unable to contact server/ BOLDIE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BOLDIE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BOLDIE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BOLDIE on android.
