I use this to edit some of my music, I enjoy using VideotoMp3 would rate 4 stars but being my old iPhone broke and I’m no longer connected to that iCloud account my pro purchase isn’t even acknowledged now anytime I try to recover my purchases. I’m still being charged monthly for it as well. So let’s get me that account back or cancel that old account and I’ll change the rating

I’ve probably had VideotoMp3 for the least amount of time compared to all of my apps- about two minutes. I take a file that’s >1 second long, try to convert to mp3 and I am taken to a subscription pop up. This is the only file I have tried to upload. I get the company needs some form of monetization, but this is overkill along with the ads. You might as well just make VideotoMp3 pay to download to begin with. Download a different app.

Bruh, find a better name for your app “Video to mp3” You have to pay for that feature, that’s the main reason I got it. I can’t believe this even has 4 stars. I’m wasting my time writing a dumb review, but I don’t want other people to waste their time on downloading an app, and have to spend 15 minutes on trying to find out how to convert it. So, please find a different name. Thank you

I upgraded to the pro subscription and after paying it never unlocked the pro features or removed the ads. I emailed the developer and never received a response. It never unlocked and basically just took my money. Also, the player stopped when the phone locked the first time I used it. When I manually locked the phone it kept playing but there’s no playback controls on the lock screen.

If you click tech support it brings you to some guys Instagram page. So I don’t know how to resolve this issue. Check for yourself

Bought this for $10(lowest option presented) and it crashes as soon as I try to download, reliably, every time. I have the most updated version of iOS on an iPhone 12. This should not be happening at they should not be advertising compatibility. I want my money back

VideotoMp3 took my money. I was trying to use it simply to convert a video to an audio file. I understand that in order to do that you have to pay for the pro version, however I did not go through with function. I noticed that I accidentally made a subscription but canceled it immediately after... however VideotoMp3 still took $24 from me and I don’t know how to get it back...I am not using VideotoMp3 nor do I plan to... and yet I paid for a full year membership? I need a refund immediately... please... can someone help me with this?

I was reading wonderful reviews about VideotoMp3. I needed to covert 49 second video to an mp3 or mp4 file. As soon as you touch Convert button- you’re redirected to the screen with payment options, pressing the Skip button throws you out of the program. After numerous trying I decided to subscribe for a monthly payment option of $5.99. The payment went through but the program still not working!!! Had to cancel the subscription. Very disappointed!!! Spent my time and money for nothing.....

I paid for the one year prescription and it VideotoMp3 constantly crashes and I lose my download and or transfers.

Now it won’t download at all and there is no link or contact for troubleshooting or customer service at all. I have the free version on my iPhone 6s and I can download on it still but not on the one I paid for.

I was literally looking forward into VideotoMp3. I really needed an app for my edits. I’m really disappointed that you can only download ONE mp4 convert. It’s super unfair that the premium accounts get all the others! Completely unfair to those who don’t have the time or money to buy it!! Sad to say that I am offloading VideotoMp3 until this is fixed! 😠

VideotoMp3 is annoying now. I’ve had to restart my phone like 500 times now And the videos won’t convert into an audio. Plus it is absolutely UNFAIR that people that haven’t subscribed, don’t get at least four fricking downloads. You only get to choose ONE download and it’s M4A. I’m Really disappointed that you don’t read your reviews nor fix the issues people have. I’m removing VideotoMp3 from my phone. Completely unfair how it works one time and then nothing happens after you go back on VideotoMp3 . Like fr, I even deleted the m4a and then found another audio and it’s saying I need a Freaking Gsuit to use this audio. Idk if it’s the Google itself but I’m sick of everything. Deleting VideotoMp3 , I’m done. I don’t recommend this to anyone trying to use any audios for editing.

This was the best app ever! I could easily convert videos and audio. Until one day, I tried converting my audio, and it says I need to buy the premium version. I had never seen this before, and I got a bit mad. I deleted some old videos from VideotoMp3 that I didn’t need anymore, but still the same thing happened. So I deleted VideotoMp3 and reinstalled it, only for it to say the same thing! Every website I tried either didn’t work, or tried to give me a virus. So this was the perfect app until this unexpected event happened. I now have no other way to convert different and new audios.

I’m trying to convert mp4 to mp3. I converted 1 file, and to its credit VideotoMp3 worked beautifully (hence the 2nd star). After that it said to do more I’d have to pay a subscription, so I paid $2.99 for a week. I tried to convert a file, and again it has a popup saying I need to purchase a subscription (after I’d already done so). I haven’t been able to convert ANYTHING since because this keeps happening. Out of curiosity I even clicked to subscribe for a week (again), at which point I got a popup saying I’m already subscribed & can renew my subscription on August 28. So it knows I’m subscribed & won’t give me access. Super frustrating!

Where did the download option go? It worked last week and today it’s not there. My subscription renewed in March and I have used VideotoMp3 since. Can this be fixed?

I am rating VideotoMp3 2 stars because I used to use it so much to make videos with different music but it just stopped working properly. I had deleted VideotoMp3 recently and decided that I wanted to start making videos again so re-downloaded it and the first video I converted worked. Then I tried converting another video and when I pressed audio it says 0.0 bytes-00:00 and the video I converted was 11 seconds long and it doesn’t even have a cover, just a picture of a quarter note. Not to mention I converted both to .m4a, but for some reason the second video did not convert properly!!! 😔

VideotoMp3 is good, I wanted to do a second video but the video didn’t show. I reseted my phone it didn’t work, I deleted the videos, it didn’t work. Please fix this glitch. It’s very irritating.

VideotoMp3 is just what I’ve needed. The downloads are quick and good quality. Pretty easy to navigate and the adds aren’t unbearable and excessive. To make VideotoMp3 flawless there should be a search bar to search for videos and mp3 files.. and a way to categorize videos like you can with the mp3 playlists.

I gave it a five star because it is an amazing app. But just today when I tried playing my music it would play a little then go off. So it would be amazing if that could be fixed asap.

First VideotoMp3 doesn’t crash when you load a game WICH I like second playlists without a password that is amazing because I don’t want to because it could scam you third it’s just good thanks for reading this recommended

I like the apps bf what it does. I subscribed to premium on my iPhone. However, when I downloaded VideotoMp3 to my iPad it won’t allow me to use the premium features. VideotoMp3 continues to tell me that I am signed up for premium while still refusing me access to its features. Is there anything I can do about this? I’m afraid to delete it from my phone and place it on the iPad alone because it may not work again. Please advise

Hey. It would be great that once someone makes the Pro Purchase of VideotoMp3 that the music that was added is able to transfer from one device to the next. My first iPhone broke and I made the pro purchase. When I got my new IPhone and downloaded VideotoMp3 again I had to start adding music all over again. This task was tedious and redundant when it can be made possible for one to be able to transfer the downloaded files again once having got a new phone or simply if VideotoMp3 has to be deleted and re-downloaded.

I did upgrade to pro version and paid the monthly subscription but VideotoMp3 still didn’t work and you can’t get any assistance from Apple too I did receive the confirmation email of subscription and payment but can’t cancel or report a problem because VideotoMp3 does not appear in list . I did sent couple of emails requesting assistance and refund without any luck.

Almost a five star. It just crashes every time a download completes or if you delete something. Please take time to fix this!

Honestly I was very shocked at how amazing VideotoMp3 is and how well it works and how easy it is to use at that I give it five stars I just wish that you could do more with it and you difference difference in formats
