the digital key will open all perimeter doors , but not my room door, hotel desk can't figure it out, i am currently staying at the hampton inn gadsden al 24-30 September

The Hilton phone app is a joke, says it can't load rates, Heck I can't even book a hotel with the app now, and this has been going on with over 3 weeks. Time to check in to another hotel "flag". Yes fire your IT department and hire some real IT engineers, there are no excuses in this IT world. Get up with the times!

Hilton Honors app not working properly. It's saying "oops! Something happened on our end. Please re-enter the login details." Have tried uninstalling & reinstalling, reset password, clearing app cache & data. Nothing works. Wasted half the day on chat & phone with agents, they couldn't help. Login works fine from browser. My phone updated this morning, I'm wondering if it was a buggy update that bricked some of my apps, because Bonvoy app seems to be doing the same thing. Samsung S21 Ultra. Anyone successfully find a fix for this?
When I enter any location via the app on my phone it will not give me availability nor the rate

I can login on the app (iPhone), can see some (not all) future reservations, see a wrong (outdated) account summary, wrong number of stays and wrong number of points. Looking at points activity I get “ Oh no! Something went wrong on our end”. I’ve tried reinstalling the app/clearing cache multiple times. No success. Strangely, all works well on my ipad.

Same as above since I don't bring my personal laptop with me on business, I always use my phone. Oh yeah " please wait". Did everything however its now a joke with this hotel and ther crappy app. FIX IT GEEZ. maybe hire some true engineers for your app.

Android app keeps spinning says "please wait" Started when got to Asia. iPhone app works, desktop works. Android still spinning - two weeks on.

It's been almost two weeks and unable to log back in to the Hilton Honors app.

Last week the digital key stopped working, now the app is "froze" on that days data. No new information is showing up and I cannot see any hotel or stay specific information.

Same as above, won't let me log in on the app, keeps spinning. Log in on website works fine, but I use the app all the time for I book last minute as I travel. Over a week, deleted and reinstalled with no luck. How about some help

Will not allow me to sign in. I can click to join but when I click to sign it just starts circling
The app doesn't update any more, it's not showing the points of a recent stay (5000 point difference) its not showing previous stays or my upcoming stay next week. I've spoken with someone over the phone and logged in to check my points info etc online and the details in my account online are correct, but they don't match the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. Please help as I'd like reliably use the app on the phone (apple).
