When I click to open parent square, it starts to open and then immediately closes before I can begin to do or look at anything. I am still getting notices but can not open in the app.

Hey there, I’ve been using ParentSquare for nearly 2 years now with minimal issues. Now it won’t open. Still getting notifications but can’t get the app to open - not through email, not via tapping the notification, not by clicking on the app itself, nada! Any advice?

Our school is now using parentsquare. I am having troubles opening a document that I attached to the principals document. It says please ensure you have the right app installed to view file. It gives no options to choose an app to view file. Help please
