Hey there, I’ve been using ParentSquare for nearly 2 years now with minimal issues. Now it won’t open. Still getting notifications but can’t get the app to open - not through email, not via tapping the notification, not by clicking on the app itself, nada! Any advice?

How to fix ParentSquare app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ParentSquare app on iPhone
Update ParentSquare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ParentSquare iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ParentSquare on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ParentSquare network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ParentSquare Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ParentSquare not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ParentSquare App
1. On android, goto Settings » ParentSquare » click [Force Stop]

Update ParentSquare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ParentSquare App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ParentSquare » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ParentSquare.

Fix ParentSquare unable to contact server/ ParentSquare internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ParentSquare » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ParentSquare » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ParentSquare
