I had gotten into one short drama I wanted to watch. So I paid the $3.99 and it said that I can cancel any time. Anyways, I finished the drama and went to cancel the subscription and it says to go into your settings subscriptions and cancel it but it does not show up on there because they make you pay for the subscription on a third party website which won’t show up on your subscription list. So I contact customer service and they’re basically saying your account doesn’t exist or we can’t find your account even tho I included my UID, all my possible emails and screenshot proofs of it not only charging my account but that my storyreel account exists with the UID with my weekly pass trial subscription. Anyways we were going back and forth on this and I got irritated because all they could say was to list all my possible emails. I only have two and I included both. I mentioned that I’ll file a chargeback and report them for scam and I haven’t heard back since.

I feel like I got scammed and tricked. I have had many reels apps, and not once have I been refused the ability to cancel my subscription. It tricked me by offering me a huge discount on my weekly subscription as I was a new customer. And because of that, it made me purchase through the website instead of the actual app. Well that’s so-called website. It is not even a real website as there are nowhere to navigate to anything to get any type of information. Doing my research I found that no matter what you do your account will be attached to your card even if you delete the account.. So am I understanding this so-called app is gonna constantly charge you over and over again every week draining your bank account until you can “cancel” it which is virtually impossible.

Do not download this app they're a scam I should've read the reviews before downloading. they say it's easy to cancel subscriptions. Guess what, no it's not they'll keep charging you they will keep telling you they can not find your account you will just keep stressing about random charges on your card. I used Apple Card to pay for this and it was supposed to be under my Apple account subscription like all the legit apps. Well this one is not and now I'm being told they can not find my user account by the uid number from their app. Just nothing but jokes guess the only way to stop them is changing my card number which is just gonna cause me more headaches and more phone calls to set up accounts again. Save yourself the headache skip the app and don't waste your time and money.
