i have a moto play 2024m model and the chime app installed opens, hangs a few seconds then crashes

will not let me into the app to access my funds. says check connection any where i go.
It won't let me into the app or on the website. Every time I tried to access it I am getting kicked out of the app or the website
My access your next paycheck feature has been frozen and will not update
Chime app on ios isn't working. Worked fine this morning but when I tried to open it this afternoon, all I get is a white screen. I am still able to receive and read notifications by swiping down on Home screen.
I just downloaded the app and after entering my passcode, I get a hand wave and a white screen.

same issue just a white screen. all my other apps work and Ive checked permissions and unistalled it many times. I get the hand wave hey then a white screen.
