I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with VibeShort has been incredibly frustrating. Trying to cancel my subscription has been a nightmare. The instructions they provide don’t match what actually appears in the app, and if you subscribed through a browser, it becomes even more confusing and difficult.

On top of that, their website has been unreliable or completely unavailable when I needed it most. I reached out to support and instead of a clear, helpful resolution, I felt like I was being stalled while my billing cycle continued.

This whole experience feels misleading and poorly managed. Canceling a subscription shouldn’t be this complicated. I would not recommend this app to anyone unless they improve their customer service and make cancellation straightforward and transparent.

This company/app will lead you to believe that you have complete access with the paid subscription. First, if you do the trial they will charge you for the trial and then the next day charge you for the weekly, eliminating the days of the trial. Second. They advertise shorts and then when you get to them in the paid app, they cut them off well before even the advertised chapters. The one I was watching that baited me in, they were showing 2-3 chapters past what you could watch in the app. I trained to cancel and it’s just this endless maze of can your provide x.. when you have already provided it. I finally had to dispute charges when they illegally started charging me without the ability to cancel the subscription. Stay away.

Gave this one a shot and absolutely hate this platform. They say you can cancel your subscription so easily and that’s not true. My child accidentally signed me up for a subscription since Apple Pay so easy to use. I tried to cancel it in every method they said to use when you search subscription in the app and nothing works. I contacted customer service. They told me I had to wait until May 1. In the meantime they’ve charged me $40 for a service that I don’t want on an account that I’ve already deleted trying to stop their billing and when you contact them, it’s just automatic replies no actual person has tried to help me once.
