My account was closed before I even used it. I would like the account to be open so I can use it.
I signed up for chime banking and was told via the card tracker that my debit card should arrive on September 12th. It is now September 16th and my debit card has still not arrived. My current mailing address is 60293 Hiawatha Lane bend Oregon 97702.
How do I report a card on behalf of my brother chime account. Someone has wallet and just need to cancel or report it so no current funds get used. He's currently sitting jail time

I’ve had chime for almost three years now. In that time, yes I’ve been paid early my fair share of times, however, those have been overshadowed by several more days where chime has inexplicably held my money from me without an explanation other than “it must be your payroll” to which I did my fair amount of investigation and asking enough questions of my payroll office at me job. To which I learned the day all payroll for every employee and manager goes through. A company with over 1k workers employed. If payroll has been processed on the same day and I’ve been paid literally two days later, how is it now that payroll is the issue when payroll has processed checks on the same day? The issue is chime and their lies, I’ve never had an issue with chime but I don’t appreciate being lied to about early pay when all they had to do was be honest about whether or not they can always give someone their money early. To make matters worse they refused to deposit my mobile check, stating they weren’t able to interpret the information even though it was written in plain English, then made me deposit check elsewhere, causing my spot me to reset completely. They say they’re flexible they say they’ll work with you, but when it really counts, they’re just out for your money. They don’t care about you or your family. They’ll take every dime if it makes them earn even one more. I’m done with this bank. Stop the lies please, it’s so old.

I had a little over $200 stolen via debit card. It’s pending so they can’t dispute it, which is fine. However, typically they do a stop payment. Here you have to wait 5 days see if they continue the charge. If they don’t you get your money in 5 days (still fuel light on E, no groceries, need diapers too bad) if it does go through it’s 90 days and they dispute it. That is 100% wrong. I’m done with chime. If I’m giving out $200 loans for 90 days, I’m charging interest. This happened to me in 2020 my physical Bank, Bank of America; reversed all overdrafts they had caused, put $75 in my account while disputing the ones that had gone through and put a stop payment on all pending transactions. As the disputes were proven to be stolen they were put in my account. Bank of America also has an amazing fraud team. It took about 2 weeks for all my money to be recovered. I’ve had more money not recovered from being stolen on these types of apps than cash I’ve lost in my entire lifetime. Even Venmo stopped a payment that wasn’t mine and sent a new card for free. Do better chime! I wait for payday not to give the money away or to wait 5 days or 90 days. Bank of America is setting the bar. Try to at least protect your customers. After I get my money or you don’t fight for it and I’m just out $200. I’ll no longer be a customer my family and some of my friends have already deleted this app.

I turned 18 recently and in an effort to become an adult I decided to go with Chime to help build my credit. The sign up process was incredibly easy and seemed legit, I ended up getting a card and getting access to my account. After a couple of days, I went to the app to transfer money and found that I was not able to log in because my account no longer existed. At first I thought I just dreamed signing up for the app, but that’s ridiculous because I had the card. I ended up calling support and the lady I talked to informed me that my account was suspended. I had no money in the account and I only had it for a couple of days, in order to lift the suspension I had to send my ID and proof of insurance which would be all fine and dandy if I hadn’t already put my ID in the app and felt like it was a little sketchy. She said that my account violated a term of their bank but I hadn’t violated any terms and I wasn’t even able to close the account because she wasn’t able to do that for whatever reason. Absolutely upset that now some company that had been recommended to be had screwed me over and took my information, thank god none of my money, but after looking it up I found a lot of people have had this problem.
100% do not recommend and if you do have it, look into Chime closing accounts for no reason and close your account. Put your money somewhere else.
