I lost count of how many times I’ve had trouble logging into this thing. It keeps telling me I need to update my password, and when I do, it tells me it was unable to change it. No reason as to why that is. SantanderPR has been sitting uselessly in my home screen for at least a month. Calls for assistance to the bank have gone unanswered. I haven’t had this hard a time accessing my other money managing apps. Both bank and app are a waste of time. Best start looking for other banks, preferably with an actual functioning system.

This new Compulsory update of the application of Banco Santander initially caused a blockage in my access account. The next day, I was required to change the password. Now I finally have access to the application but this new application does not allow me to see the balance of my mortgage. And the performance of it is not the best taking longer than the original to bring the data. I hope you have better luck than me.

This bank is the worst. I buy things on the internet and take to long to reflect the transactions, when in others banks not. SantanderPR does not work good. I tried to deposit a check and doesn’t let me and I do not know why because I’m following directions. Every time its a different issue.

When opening SantanderPR a message is appearing about a new update required to access the application but there is no one available in the Apple Store.
