Free version includes scanning of only 10 cards. You have to pay $5 for anything more. I do like how simple to use it is. Biggest issue is the fact that I can’t back it up! They never updated to sync with the latest version of dropbox. Tried reaching out and my email came back undelivered. There is no back up so one day all your cards can just disappear.

I like CardKeeperApp very much, it is simple and simply does what it is supposed to. However, it would be nice if the limitations of the free version were accurately stated in the description. The big (fail in my opinion) is that the free version allows only 10 cards in the rolodex. $4.99 is too expensive to overcome this limitation. If it were $0.99, then maybe I’d go for it, but not 5 bucks.

It works fine but it is missing a very important feature: BEING ABLE TO DIAL THE PHONE NUMBER RIGHT FROM CardKeeperApp ..This is a very important feature because as it is now you have to memorize the phone number in the card, then go back to the phone dialer to make the call. This defeats the whole purpose..other apps give you the feature of dialing right from the card. Please add this feature

I really like CardKeeperApp but when I sent the developer a question, my email returns over and over as an error. Did this a couple of times with same results. Tried calling but can’t find a phone number. Tried a web site and all the data appears to be written in Turkish!

Not impressed and a very poor way to do business.

Great app, but when you are forgetful as am I, often I need to search within a category rather than by name. I wish there was the ability to customize the cards by group.

Also, editing the text is difficult, as the keyboard covers the text you need to see to edit.

Otherwise, app works well and OCR is quite good, other than in script fonts, which is to be expected.

For the most part, this is a great app …
But as always, there is usually a drawback from time-to-time, the only two I found was that the info doesn’t really “handshake “ that well with respect to transferring over into contacts, and the note entering gets a little squirrelly from time to time and the screen winds up being “hidden” by the keyboard - definitely not a “game changer” in terms of it’s many useful aspects & user friendly format …

When you enter a card it saves that date and place with the card. You can adjust the location to where you actually met or their home, but you can’t fix the date. A few extra fields would be nice. It would be good to know both where you met and where they live. Instead of just “notes” there could be phone and email, you know the stuff people put on cards.

I got CardKeeperApp to keep track of all my business cards. It is a great app and I use it all the time and it beats carrying a stack of cards in my purse. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to keep track of all their business cards and not have to put them in your contacts. It is also Very user friendly 👍🏼👍🏼

Periodically, it will not enhance the image when requested: CardKeeperApp closes out. Tried to reach the developer but unsuccessfully. It’s a shame because I’m using the premium version for which I paid. Would like to know how to reach the developer. Their contact information keeps being rejected. Help!

I store all my business card holder in digital format on my ipad. The only inconvenience is they don’t have folders for categorizing the business cards. Hope they will add this in the near future.

So easy to use and well organized! I love that it has the feel of a Rolodex and you can send your contact to anyone on most platforms. Well worth the $4.99 to get unlimited entries:)) Im obsessed with collecting business cards now just so I can enter them:)

I had so many business card books, well I still do because I have not transferred the one I want to keep. This is a timesaver for me. I can change from alphabetical to date received etc. all new cards go here and can be on the go and efficiently find the contact I need. Before I’d call the admin or wait till I got to the office to look for what I m needing and NOW I have it at my finger tips!!!!!!!

I didn’t see this information when researching CardKeeperApp - the free version only holds 10 cards. CardKeeperApp itself is great though. It keeps my cards just as I needed. Please realize you’ll need to pay for premium because chances are you need to keep more than 10 cards.

The first reason I went with this one is because it is just basic, print or photo the card, list the name of the card and it’s done. The front and back can be posted. Then there is the choice of two ways to have them displayed. Since I just installed them today I haven’t used them yet

I previously reviewed CardKeeperApp before the last update (when it kept crashing). Now that it’s been fixed, I’m happy again. Does exactly what I need it to do - eliminates the need to carry around a bunch of business cards. I don’t need super fancy features like it automatically reading info off the cards, or adding people to my contacts. I just need a place to keep digital copies of cards and the ability to add a remark or two if needed. CardKeeperApp delivers. Thank you to the developers for updating and fixing the issues it had for a little while!

This is EXACTLY what I wanted/needed! An app that allows me to capture a digital copy of business cards I receive while adding a few searchable details. PERFECT! The fact that it allows capture of the front and back of the card is an added bonus. The best part for me is that it doesn’t force you to save the contact to you phone address book, but allows you to do so if you choose. Freedom of choice, Brilliant! Where do I donate to CardKeeperApp maker?!

Love the simplicity of CardKeeperApp! Love how easy it is to scroll through the business cards. As soon as you open CardKeeperApp , all your business cards are right there like a deck of cards ready to fan through. No extra steps! Presents nice clean picture, easy to read, and quick reference. I’ve had many other apps to hold my business cards, but this one is it! Delete the others. It doesn’t get any easier then this. It’s a must have if you are a busy business person who doesn’t have time to enter all the information in. Just push the plus sign and take the picture of the card. Done! Free version only allows you to hold 10 cards before you need to upgrade to the paid version. Well worth it!

I’ve been using CardKeeperApp for several years. I’ve been in sales for over 30 years. I used to have boxes upon boxes full of business cards. When my wife wanted to throw them away! I pancaked and said NO!
Well, now I scan every business card I get!
I literally have thousands of cards and they’re all in category and all digital at my disposal!
When I interview with other career opportunities I use CardKeeperApp as my book of business.. it’s pretty impressive!
No more useless boxes.
