Won’t let me enter my birth location or log into my account

I created an account on the website which works great! But on the app, I try to put my birth town and state, but it only does the town and US. There’s like 6 different towns with the same name in the US, (which is the case for many towns) so being able to put in the state matters! I tried to see if I can just log in with the account I have on the website, but that is not an option. I think you should definitely be able to do that on the app, so that would be a great improvement. No matter what I do, the app will not allow me to get my accurate chart, which is the entire point of the app. If these issues were fixed then I’d consider buying the subscription. But when I can’t even get an accurate chart, there’s no chance I’m doing that! Please fix these issues!

The free trail is a lie and will charge you upwards of 40$!!! Don’t bother downloading the app either, most other apps can provide your chart for free.
Edit: If you are in the same situation, I was able to refund my money by going into apple “report a problem” and selecting “didn’t mean to purchase”.

This app is not worth it. I know my zodiac sign and it’s giving me a totally zodiac sign. I also signed up for the three day free trial and it automatically charged me the full amount. I don’t know where to reach out for a refund.
