AmongFriends- Make New Friends Reviews

Devs have really put a lot of time and effort into this and it’s awesome. Obviously most of the community would say that AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends is not where it needs to be but that’s just simply because app development and creation is super hard. The fact that the developer or developer team has come so far in so little time really shows how much work they’ve been putting in. Props to devs for that. Would really love to see Innersloth maybe buyout and invest in this project to let the developers keep developing with more resources if the developers were willing.

I really hope they plan on adding a voice chat feature because it’s hard to switch between app and the actual game without disconnecting. I’m hoping maybe a developer will respond if that’s the plan or not? Really like how they plan to add more friend slots which is exciting. Hope they end up making it to where you could have your own individual among us server on here (similar to how some people have discord severs) or a clan type ordeal.

Wish the best for the developer/developer team and if they had a page for donating to this project I’d certainly be willing to put a bit of money towards it 😃. Really proud that the among us community is so engaged in growing itself and these guys are really right there on the front lines.

My little sister uses AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends and this is by far one of the most disgusting, misused app ever! There are people asking for nudes from kids under the age of 20?! Child pornography?! This is not okay. You bet that my little sister will not be using AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends anymore but neither should any other kids. This is a great way for gross, messed up people to exploit young children because among us is a very popular game. Young kids are going to think that AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends is meant for getting help with or whatever related to the game. They have no idea that there are sick minded people on here. The sole purpose of AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends was not intended for people to use as a dating website so there should be none of that on here. There needs to be something done about the severity of kids being preyed on by people who should know better on AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends. I went through a lot of profiles and majority of them have that they are single, horny and want to trade nudes and that is not okay for an app that is meant for ages 12+. This is not okay and the fact that so many people have written reviews about this and nothing has been done about censorship is screwed up!

This is great to find friends and people to play Among Us with, but there is a few problems that can get annoying.

1. ODERS everywhere!
Yes online dating is “fine” with some people ofc, but this game is not meant for online dating, and it has quite a lot of it! A lot of people are named “horny _____”

2. Profile Updates
The profile updates take way to long! We shouldn’t have to wait 72 HOURS to update our profile! Especially if your “taken”

3. Creeps?
Their is a lot of 18+ people on AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends , as well as 13 yr olds. Now I’m not quite sure if some people lie about being 18,16, or 15+ but I’m not sure if a 18 year old would be playing this game and looking for a bf or gf.

If you can, pls remove the nose on the Among Us characters, it’s ugly. I dont know much about copyright laws, as I am 11 ;-;
But if you can, pls remove them they are hideous lol

The rooms don’t work for me, at least I don’t know HOW they work. I will tap a room and my screen won’t change. I can copy link, but I can’t use a room, I’m not sure how they work and I think you should add a tutorial to them!

Hats? Among Us characters have hats, pets, and skins. I think you should add the hats they have so we can show more of our personality!

Censors? Maybe add some censors to some words like horny and daddy.

One may be wondering why I’m leaving four stars but with I title like that here’s why. There are so many horny people it’s just insane there used to be more but thankfully the number is going down but anyway because of this I have a cat phishing account just to hopefully at least leave here alone and make them feel dumb anyway I just got suspended it’s only one day so I don’t really mind but it took a few months to do this I mean it’s been about three months I’d say and I’m glad you’re getting but this long , really? And this is one of two cat phishing accounts the other one I’ve only had a bit more than a month but still. But other than the horny people it’s a great app and I wish more people can come enjoy it!

Most of the problems aren’t with AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends but with the users, it’s meant for making friends to play among us with, it’s not a dating app, but while looking for friends 70% of the users are horny 12 year olds that need a gf/bf or want to trade nudes, I found a total of 7 people that actually want to play Among Us.

Great app though for people that actually use it for it’s intended purpose. I don’t like the profile update cool down though, I heard it used to be more than 3 hours but I’m not the most patient person in the world.

Other than that great app it’s put together well, and it’s easy to use, I don’t use it too much (so I don’t have to see the online daters) but I think it could be useful in the future

Hello! I think this is a great app, and I like the new updates, but you really need to improve some things. I see lots of people named “I’m single” or “date me” and whatever…. I keep seeing people also have in their bios that they need a gf/bf or they are whatever. I would like it if you could improve the “I’m single” thing, because some people use it as a dating app. I also have some suggestions for future updates: 1. If someone blocked you that they would have to say why they blocked you so you could see why they blocked u. 2. maybe a voice chat. 3. Maybe better security. I hope you can please improve these things and maybe make AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends more fun! Thanks for reading of you did.

So I love AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends a lot but I don’t like that there aren’t notifications in the actual app. You can go in your settings and turn on lock screen and banner notifications but there aren’t any for the chats so if your just on AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends you have to go into the chat to see of somebody said something. The way I think you should change this if you wish to is putting a number for every message on the chat button so we know when we get a new message without the banner/Lock Screen notifications

Ok so when I just started AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends it seemed nice but then I came across some user’s bio and I was stunned to see kids saying “I’m ___
I am looking for a boyfriend ___” and it’s shocking because the kids who are asking for this are under the age of 12+ and that was totally unexpected.. I myself is 11 years old and I barely even focus on those things... so for a child younger than expected asking for those things is just crazy.. I highly recommend watching your child when on his app it isn’t really appropriate as I thought it was- like I don’t understand, if your over the age of 18+ then go on a dating site but don’t come at a child game and look for that stuff.

Dear Devs but please do something about these kind of things.

And about the online dating thing I’ve seen in my reviews, I got a excellent idea, just don’t let them make a acc with inappropriate stuff, like “ hi I wanna have s*x with u like rn cuz I’m feeling hor**y and stuff so yeah and also I want to c*m and- “ and so forth. And also for everything else. I decided to delete AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends because I was stuck on a ad after trying to add a friend. And about the codes, ur probably not gonna be able too get to the rooms in time, especially if it’s on public., and AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends takes forever to get too the main point, so see what I’m trying too imply here? AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends isn’t really functioning well.

Amazing app! A lot of people aren’t really there for actual among us but I like to make friends and just chat with them so there isn’t a problem for me! I could see why other people would have problems with that tho. But I like the work!!
Ayo, me again! Making a quick edit to this!
So, whenever I send a friend request it says he/him pronouns when asking for pronouns on AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends isn’t provided and that’s been with everyone I’ve sent a friend request to when they don’t have those pronouns. Just a quick side note XD

This time the friend slots are great but if you want to bump up the slots a little more then thats fine! However there are still some people that want to send nudes! If you can could you make it where you can make a people under 18 section and people over 18 section if so that will be fantastic! Also when is vc a thing on this I NEED IT (also disclamer if you ever do make a vc you should also make AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends on computer so it makes it easier for people to mute and stuff)

So the game Is good and all but I don’t just want censoring I want this stop if you make it stop me and my friends will love that here is Why I want it to stop I was enjoying my day talking to people on AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends then someone friended me and I didn’t read their bio and accepted they said hi so I put hi back then all I got where texted all Censored I quickly blocked and reported but for minors they won’t get what’s happening and might not go right

Since Among Us doesn’t have a friends system, I thought I could use this. I looked to see if the seller was InnerSloth, which is the developer of Among Us. 🤔

Now, I got a little worried since it wasn’t by the same developer as Among Us, but whatever 😒. So I decided to try it out.

When I first opened AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends , it was one of those sucky apps that had a small screen 🙁. It was hard to use AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends .

When I tried friending people, everyone had full friends lists so I couldn’t even friend anyone 😫.

Btw, there was an ad at the bottom of the screen which I couldn’t x out so it made it even harder to use. 😞😞

I will delete AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends after I write this review. Thank you for wasting your time listening (or reading skshdjdhwjhdhfhdj whatever-) to my big rant. I’m just saying, don’t download AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends😒😒😒.

(also, in the recent announcement of among us they said they are cancelling among us 2 and putting all their work back into among us 1 to update it so hopefully they add a friends system maybe i’ll go email them rn and ask them if they can make a friends system)

Ok when I first opens AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends I was excited to see what it was for. I opened it and it is great! There are some things I want to point out to you. Like the time to wait to update your profile. I think you should change that because it is kind of inconvenient. I wanted to change something, but I can’t because I have to wait like 70 hours or something crazy. I think this is a great way to schedule a game of among us but, I feel weird talking to someone I don’t even know. Thank you for reading and game on!

AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends is inappropriate everyone’s status is like -Single need boyfriend/girlfriend horn*- I suggest the workers developers AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends upgrade it a little bit more to non-inappropriate for example people in their bio say send nudes and these kids are probably 6-10 years old people probably a lie about their age for example 13-19 this is AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends to make friends not to be inappropriate bad reviews BAD people even use it for tinder like come one you can do better and amazing app but really inappropriate.

Ok so I really like AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends it’s fun it’s a good way of making friends and being able to play among us with them honestly I give AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends five stars but the bug with not being able to accept friend requests and making it impossible to accept them is still there I updated AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends but the bug is still there so but rather then the bug I still very much like AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends and will keep it on my phone I highly recommend downloading AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends

I like AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends because I can look for friends that don’t live near me and we can just chat. One thing I don’t like about AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends is there a lot of creepy guys that think that AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends is a dating app where they can find girls to date but some of us girls already have boyfriends and sometimes they give up and it just drives me crazy. Also I think we should have unlimited friends because most people really need a lot friends for help and stuff.

I understand there are things that need to be fixed but people asking for nudes isn’t acceptable. There are also people that say they’re 11 or 12 and then are asking for someone that can date them. As I said at the top the thing that really made me delete AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends was the fact that some profiles were asking for nudes, and they wanted it to be fairly young/ minors. That is a BIG problem. Hopefully soon among us will get an actual way to sent friend requests cause I don’t trust 9/ 10 of the people out there. Especially since a lot of them say they don’t even like among us and just want to date. I am only 14 and this makes me really uncomfortable.

I got this game cuz u could get freinds and I really wanted to play with some freinds I could talk with,also I got it because it was new but I couldn’t because there was a Problem with my phone, I also got it because of all the great reviews and I also got it because there are only like thirty reviews. But overall this game/app(I don’t know what it is)is very good

I wish we were able to update our profile once we’ve made it. And I definitely think we need unlimited amount of friend slots. We meet way more than 6 people on among us and what would we do if we want to add someone else but have to delete a friend we already have?

Nice app but could so sometimes soon, or in the future, add a voice chat option. It would make AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends a lot better. It would also be nice to have a option for more friends.

It’s a great app and helps me play with friends or find new people to play with. For the future, nothing urgent but at some point make AmongFriendsMakeNewFriends look a little nicer! Nothing urgent, great app overall.

I think this is a great thing we absolutely need! Although I think there should be more friend slots, like 10, the maximum amount of players the game can currently have in one lobby
