Horrible

2022-05-31

I would have given zero stars if possible. They want us to use SymptomTracker but it doesn’t work. My old app worked fine, until it didn’t so I deleted it and thought I’d reinstall. BIG mistake! Now it’s a different app that won’t even let me sign in with my credentials. It says to check my internet and retry. My internet is fine. You need to retry something here and fix SymptomTracker!

Constant Login issues

2022-07-02

System requires me to login using a host but the form won’t allow me to enter the host’s phone number. So I cannot login and cannot access the health questionnaire. Please fix!! App is useless until this issue is addressed.

Useless

2022-08-02

Hit no and your screen turns green. Useless app.

Doesn’t save email or phone number

2022-09-03

Please add functionality for app to remember email and phone number day to day. Honestly if I end up with typos I end up just submitting anyway due to the difficulty of fixing typos on a phone.

Error in loading profile

2022-10-05

Cannot edit profile and thus have to renter email and phone number each day. These do not change day to day and are significant administrative burden. Please correct.

Login Problems

2022-11-05

Why won’t it let me 1) remain logged in when I login and 2) even log in using correct user/pass half the time?

Does not keep you logged in

2022-12-07

SymptomTracker forces me to type my email and phone number every day. It doesn’t display name either.
