Order a meal on the 26th through mobile app and was charged twice. I didn’t notice till I looked at account that day. I tried going back to same lennys to get refund for extra charge and manager declined saying there’s nothing he can do. So I email lennys and they respond y saying this is a known problem and charged will be dropped overnight and asking me to send receipt and proof I was charged twice. I sent all info to Lennys and have yet to hear an response. And charged didn’t come off that night either. I love lennys but I hate giving money away. I’ve tried contacting again to get the status of situation but have yet to get a response after their initial response. If I don’t receive my refund, I won’t be ordering anything from them any more.
I can’t submit because it won’t let me submit. The phone number box is in red so I’m assuming that’s the problem. Iv tried it with a 1 in front and with out. Frustrating that all my past points won’t transfer and all the points I earned today when I couldn’t use my Lenny’s card because I must use LennysRewards . I have men a loyal customer for 15 years now I won’t go back because you changed everything and it does not work. A
This is probably the most frustrating app I’ve loaded in probably 3 or more years. Extremely poor instructions in LennysRewards . Goes in circles. Won’t accept phone number. Now LennysRewards is locked up and will not move off the screen that requests me to add “1” to the phone number. LennysRewards should NEVER have been released to the public! One is the lowest star I can give or that would be zero!
I’ve been using LennysRewards almost weekly this summer as there is a restaurant right on the corner near my building downtown. I had no trouble moving over my points and I like how easily I can reorder my “usual” sandwich. Only complaint is I can’t seem to delete Favorites. Once I put “The Usual” into my Favorites it seemed to be there for good.
Also if the price point changes, your favorite order becomes invalid and no longer available. You can’t look up what you used to order or how you customized it so it’s hard to recreate the favorite. And even after a favorite is no longer available you still can’t delete it. What can I do other than create a new login and start all over?
Latest up date from March still doesn’t fix the Favorites issue.
If any price change occurs, your previous orders are all invalid and can’t be used to reorder. The same thing happens with all your favorites. So you can’t delete your favorites or order them. The feature is useless.
There’s no way to delete favorites once you have set them, and it shouldn’t have an option to redeem a reward, when no reward exists. Also, if you click on help, it takes you to a webpage that is not mobile ready.
Clearly not ready for prime time. In talking with tech support in December 2020, they know about these issues, but have no intention of fixing them, so I am now reducing my rating to 1 star.
Tried to “move my points” and LennysRewards just sits there. Hit submit and NOTHING happens. So I registered online and loved points...but I can’t use app because only option is register or move points. So now I’ve lost existing points and all patience. They should have made sure this worked before launching it. I love Lenny’s but this experience has been so bad I don’t think I will ever eat there again.
This is possibly the worst restaurant app ever. I want to scream every time I attempt to use it to customize a sandwich order. It always says “choose a size.” If I choose 5” (why not list in size order??), it sends me in an endless loop of choosing a size over and over, but won’t let me place the order and move on to the next step of reviewing the order. Plus, its terminology is super confusing between “Add to Bag” and “Add an item.”
I almost always give up and go into the restaurant to place my order.
They had a great system. Give the person your phone number and get the credit for a free sub. Period.
WTH would anyone want to download a crappy app. along with the other million apps that other food places want you to download.
.As if I have space on my phone for all this sh** and another Big Brother learning my eating habits.I thought you guys thrived on being different. CU Lennys. You went from simple to stupid. You’re food is great, but now that you’ve complicated the points process, I’m going elsewhere.

Hello. I love Lenny’s. Your app is not great, but that is okay because it is functional and offers deals. However, I am a student in college, an individual consumer. Why would I or most anyone who uses your app need to cater? Why do you send me notifications asking me if I need to cater? Perhaps have a way to mark people as potential caterers in LennysRewards if this is so important, but it is highly annoying to be using my phone and then have a notification pop up reminding me that I can cater with Lenny’s. I am going to uninstall LennysRewards and just not get points for rewards, which will lead me to shop at Lenny’s less.
For the last few months I have been unable to redeem my reward point on LennysRewards . I don’t always have time to go into the store and wait for them to make it.
Please find a way to address this.
I forgot I have a reward account and we had lunch at the Lenny’s on 1604. I tried their special edition of beef cheddar and mushroom melt. It was delicious!!!! My niece had the meatball and ate it all. My nephew Brandon had the I forgot but he ate it all too! I used to order from Lenny’s when I worked at the VA in the medical center. I retired more than five years ago.
I ordered a salad online. It was fresh and ready when I arrived at Lennys. However, when I got back to my desk, I discovered the hot peppers relish, that was on my ticket was NOT on my salad! Additionally, I had nothing to eat with. All things considered, I was still able to enjoy this delicious salad. Even though there was just a little something missing🙃
My sandwich was actually good. However, I went through the drive thru and did not have anything on my sandwich other than meat and cheese. I also had no condiments in the bag that I asked for. I now know I need to specify what I want on my sandwich and need to check for any sauce before I leave. Sandwich would’ve been great if it wasn’t just meat, bread, and cheese.
Order 2. Pay whatever they ask.
We timed our visit perfectly, staff was friendly. Our sandwich was very good, served hot, delivered to our table.

They clean respectful to me and helps the people get in and out when it comes to they food and always fresh and hot ❤️❤️❤️❤️
The switch button didn’t work for on LennysRewards but I was able to do it on my computer with no problem. Now my only issue is every time I try to open LennysRewards it says I need to verify phone number. I put it in and then nope won’t register it. So now I can’t use LennysRewards at all until they fix this!!
Nobody ever complains when I say I’m picking up Lenny’s. Ever. The box lunches with the cookie and Lenny’s chips are a hit, and the very cheapest way to feed large groups. Lenny’s Tulsa is our spot!
Just migrated my account to the new program and the transition seems to be seamless and simple - no dead links or buttons.
Food was fresh and taste good. I saw only one employee. He was working quickly at the register and food preparation. Hope they can hire enough workers soon!
The customer service by far brings you in the door! The servers remember your name, what you usually order. The food oh my gosh!!! I can’t get enough of this place. This truly reminds me of being back home on the East Coast in New York, DC, Baltimore and yes Delaware!

I am sure most problems reported are operator errors. Take a moment and read.
I have tried time and time again to load LennysRewards and it is like it is frozen. Can’t do anything. If this many people are having issues you would think that corporate would fix the issue.
This was our first trip to Lennys and we were not disappointed. I think it’s probably my favorite sub shop right now.
I drove an hour up and an hour back home. They were very accommodating to put my toppings on the side so my sub stay fresh and not soggy bread, they were delicious and I will continue to drive an hour to get them thank you! Stay awesome!
I come here when I’m traveling for work. EVERYtime I come in the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even when I got her 15 minutes before closing, and I said I could go someplace else, they insisted I that they could take care of me. I appreciate them. I’ll definitely return.
