How to fix RiiiDE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RiiiDE app on iPhone
Update RiiiDE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RiiiDE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RiiiDE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RiiiDE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix RiiiDE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RiiiDE app issues:

Force Stop the RiiiDE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RiiiDE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RiiiDE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RiiiDE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RiiiDE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RiiiDE.

Fix RiiiDE unable to contact server/ RiiiDE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RiiiDE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RiiiDE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RiiiDE on android.
