Thank you for creating this. It’s helping me be structured and my sales have already increased. I’m following up with ease. I’m still navigating the platform in the trial phase and will definitely be buying it for the year. A few things that I would like and might be available already and I just haven’t mastered SellwithAMI . If not please consider these as requests.

Ability to set follow up after messaging someone.

Ability to send messages and choose what type of template I’m sending from a drop down.

Ability to add pictures in my message template.

Text from message template automatically populate into contact timeline versus just saying that they were texted.

Also: app keeps freezing and not showing content and then I have to close it and re open it. Not sure if it’s because I’m on iPhone 7 or if there is an issue with the platform itself.

I do like SellwithAMI and it does work great, it has helped me with my follow up, I do think it’s a bit over priced for the monthly subscription, but you do get more sales because of the follow up so I can see why they charge the price they do. I do feel it’s more of a $4.99 a month value rather than the $7.99.

If they could some how differ from an order that was directly shipped and those that were placed in a party that would be nice. I often get reminders for follow ups for two days or sometimes two weeks and there order hasn’t even shipped yet.

Also an option for inventory would be really helpful. This way we can keep tabs on what they bought and follow up from there which could also help with sales. Overall a great app.

I have been a loyal Sell With AMI customer for years now- and I can safely say it’s because it WORKS! It’s a fantastic platform with features being added all the time! Using SellwithAMI keeps me in contact with my customers and team by sending me a personalized workflow for the day/week and allowing me to message my people personally using my own words or a template (rather than automated messages). I love that it doesn’t take the “personal” aspect out of customer relationships. It helps you build them!
I can say that it’s helped tremendously with me staying on target for sales goals and has helped my customer follow up game!
I love that it has a built in goal tracker to help you stay on track. This last month- my goal was actually exceeded by more than double! 🤯
I would highly recommend AMI to anyone in the DS/Network Marketing space- as well as any small business owner!

I have the hardest time keeping up with my small business and follow up. I love how SellwithAMI keeps track of my customers, tells me when they last purchased something, AND everything they’ve purchased!! It tells me when it’s time to follow up with them to make sure I provide the best customer service ever and have continuous customers with multiple purchases. I love SellwithAMI!

I have been blessed with Maven since April 2017 and I have been in the direct sales business for 3 years. FINALLY!!! An app that helps you manage follow up and building relationships!! Maven has been a game changer for me and my team! The birthday reminder and order follow up features have gotten me orders and repeat business like nothing else I have ever tried! Follow up is HARD!! But Maven makes it so easy giving you daily reminders at intervals you set (2 days, 2 weeks and 2 months after they order). Not only that but it populates an email template for you to use that automatically lists what they ordered from you!! AH-MAZING!!! Follow up is now a breeze and not something I loathe! Can't recommend SellwithAMI enough!! The Instagram feature is an added bonus and they are constantly updating SellwithAMI with more and more features based on feedback from users!! Worth every penny!!!!! 👌🏻

When I first joined Touchstone Crystal, one of my first questions was “is there an app for that?” Well I got my answer and it exceeded my wildest dreams when we were introduced to the AMI app! It takes so much of the dread and fear of follow up out of the picture and makes it so easy with just what you need right at your fingertips. Everyone should use it if it’s available to you. You get so much more for your money!

Maven is such a blessing!! I have been in Network marketing for 8 years and I love my business. But sometimes I get in my own way. Maven has literally helped me every single day get my follow ups done. And I can do them in a matter of minutes. I got a 30 day free trial with my company. But after 1 week I was sold and signed up. I’ve been with AMI since the beginning, and I am amazed! They are such an a amazing team and SellwithAMI is one-of-a-kind! The AMI people work hard to listen to feedback and work with us to streamline the functions on SellwithAMI and to make sure connections with our back offices are smooth. It’s definitely worth a subscription!

***UPDATE***
There have been so many added features and updates since the beginning, and it amazes me how easy it makes follow up and running my business. Follow up is something so many consultants struggle with, and AMI fixes that. It reminds to to follow up, provides templates to use or adjust, they’ve added an invoice feature, as well as being able to create your own collections.

I am a HUGE advocate for AMI!

SellwithAMI keeps me on top of my game. I usually prefer paper and pen however this keeps everything I need in one spot. I can use it on the go or even in bed when I’m not feeling well. I’m still able to keep in touch with customer and potential customers and really cater to their needs. Love the reminders so no one is forgotten or lost in the shuffle. It’s been a real game changer for me. I’m more productive.

One of my absolute new favorite features is the ability to pay and send invoices within minutes! It’s extremely helpful to have everything in one spot!

Maven has allowed me to easily and consistently follow up with my customers. Using the message templates, I can text my customers with just a couple of taps. I now follow up with every single customer at intervals that I can set, and be confident that I am not missing anyone. And using the contact form during vendor events as a registration for a door prize means no more stacks of drawing slips that have to be manually entered and are sometimes illegible.
Maven has truly changed the way I work my business! I recommend it to everyone.

I’ve been with my company two years but was never great with follow up. I got Maven few months ago and the first month I used it I had my best month ever! The people are so great as well. I’ve spoken with a couple of them several times and they feel like friends! They really want to help direct sellers and are always open to feedback and make updates with the functionality. I really like the Maven Community group on Facebook too!

I’m a Scentsy consultant and I am so grateful for SellwithAMI. I’m a busy mom and I only work my business in small snippets throughout the day and I would completely forget everything if I didn’t have reminders. I love that I can put everything all in one place. It helps keep me on track and makes sure that I follow up with my customers. The only thing I wish was that the web version had a full line up of features since I’m old school and work better on a computer vs my phone.

I love being in direct sales. I am also a bit scatterbrained. The numbers don’t lie: the fortune is in the follow-up, and there is NO way I would do consistent follow-ups without SellwithAMI. I don’t always use the templates, as I’ve had to learn what works for me and my style, but they are super helpful. I love that I can customize them and make changes to individual messages before sending. The notes feature is super helpful as well. I have the pro version and it is COMPLETELY worth the investment. I tell my team members that this is a must-have.

We no longer live in a world where we no longer receive customer service in person or even able to connect to a live person on the phone. Me personally, I pride myself on offering outstanding and personal customer service.
I reached out to AMI a few weeks ago because I had some questions and although my email I felt was very detailed my question didn’t come across fully. I was very pleased to receive a phone call from Dani! It was so much easier to verbally explain what I was trying to accomplish and she understood fully and was able to help me. We even touched on the few other areas that I needed help with! I truly appreciated the time that was taken to walk me through certain areas.
I know it’s not always an option, But it just goes to show that there are still people out there that want to provide exceptional customer service!!

As a full time Scentsy consultant I have tons of things on my plate. SellwithAMI helps to keep me organized so I have one less thing to worry about. It tells me who to follow up with, when to do it, and even what to say (which I can customize)! I love that it connects with our workstation platform and even Facebook messenger! The ability to add in mailings and even tags for my customers has been so helpful. I've been a beta-tester for Maven since April, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my business. I've been in direct sales for 3 years now, but I've struggled to develop a follow-up system that worked for me until now...thanks to Maven! I love that it syncs with the dashboard for my business. Because of Maven I know when it's time to send a thank you to my customers when they purchase, when to follow-up because it has been awhile since their purchase, or even when to send a happy birthday message! Oh my goodness, I'm a bit embarrassed to admit how bad I was at customer follow up prior to SellwithAMI. Now, Maven saves me. I seamlessly follow up with my customers on the go in minutes rather than what used to take a full power hour (if I did it at all!)

If you are in direct sales and trying to up your game (or just maintain it in a life that is chaotic) then you need SellwithAMI. It reminds you of those follow up tasks that often fall through the cracks so that you remember them and it makes them very easy to do! In addition there is the social shop and personal way to share your product posts with anyone!

This helps streamline the direct sales business. It helps remind you to set goals and reminders to follow up with customers. It even has preprogrammed messages for you! The premium version does cost but is well worth it.
