I am an advanced French student who merely wishes to improve my pronunciation but despite putting in my level, LearnFrench starts me out at a beginner level and then tells me 1) my haricots for beans is wrong 2) then shows me the correct answer, haricots! Bah humbug, I think this does not bode well for any app and I threw out my subscription on the first day of just the trial. Not trustworthy and I would not buy it.

I hate it when apps lock almost everything and you have to pay for a subscription to use those features. I got to do a few lessons, and then EVERY. SINGLE. THING. LEFT. Is locked! All I want is I do is learn French! Geez! Unless you are willing to pay a lot of money, LearnFrench is useless. I’m only giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star because the few lessons that I could actually take used good techniques and the robotic pronunciation is better than some other language apps I use. I also liked the feature that you could have conversations with the robot. I would actually be willing to pay a subscription if it was cheap, for example $4.99/month or so, but LearnFrench is wanting around $10 a month, or $3 a week. That’s going to end up being over $100 dollars a year. I’m in my teenage years so I can’t afford that kind of money. This may work for someone older who doesn’t have to spend their money wisely and keep track of what they buy, but they are asking too much money just to use LearnFrench. I don’t mind if you lock a couple of things for premium user to have access to, but it just completely infuriates me when I’m only able to spend 10 minutes using an app and then there is nothing else I can do with it besides doing the same 5 lessons over and over again. Ok so starting off it’s so much money and I understand and your making a lot of money and all but don’t only do one lesson free you should of made a half free and the other half money that would be so much better so if your looking for a full free app do not download LearnFrench!

LearnFrench is really helpful in learning a new language however my only complaint is that after you do a week straight of learning & you earn the weekly quiz if it's not completed by the end of that day you lose the opportunity. It would be nice if these remained unlocked to completed anytime if you completed a whole week.

Helps me learn some french but if you are very serious about learning french then this isn't a good app for you. But if you're not EXTREMELY serious about learning french then it should be good for you.
WARNING: If you want to learn "faster" you have to pay and it advertises that ALOT.

I subscribe for a year but full access only works on my iPhone and not on my iPad. It keeps telling me that I paid but it won’t give me full access on my iPad and they won’t respond when I tell them I have a problem! Twice, I have asked them for help! This is unacceptable!

I would really like the articles included with the nouns.
Otherwise, LearnFrench is fun and interesting to use.

Well of course it Is going to be confusing but there are some things that just annoy me. For the start, it frustrates me when I loose a star cause I will just go back and redo the lesson, other then that LearnFrench is good to learn a new language henceforth the language French.

I used Mondly before I went to Romania 🇷🇴 and it was extremely helpful. Now I’m trying to brush up on my French! Great app super easy to use

I have enjoyed LearnFrench very much. Pronunciation, Grammer and interaction is excellent. after paying for the full year in advance I thought it well worth the price. The full subscription app will work fine. But make sure you sign up for a Mondly account after you purchase. Otherwise LearnFrench may lock you out. Their customer service is great and helped me out

I learn through repetition and this way of learning is parfait! It is helping me get back to speaking French. I also like how when a verb is tapped it brings up the present, future, and past tense of the verb. Very helpful.

I feel like I learn a lot in LearnFrench. Is well organized. I love the ending part where the words are added to the brain. Just awesome. I will consider subscribing. Great job in making LearnFrench guys

I am enjoying this program because it challenges me but not so much that I get discouraged and avoid it. My high school French is coming back bit by bit and that was a long time ago.

I love Mondly! It makes it so fun and easy to learn another language!

Unlike some apps, Mondly uses relevant pictures and audible words introduce and reinforce new vocabulary.

The new word is highlighted. We hear how it is pronounced while we see how it is spelled and sounds.

The speakers have good diction. The user has the ability to slow them down if we need to, which I often do when learning French.

I find it very helpful to have weekly and monthly quizzes to review, and I love the point system and competition within the monthly lessons.

Overall, a fantastic app!

I was wanting to learn French and I didn’t want to use one that was kinda focused on one language. I am very happy with LearnFrench. I’ve learned many phrases and words that has helped me learn. It is easy to navigate and learn the lessons you can repeat if you don’t get it one time. It is very effective. Me and my friend Kay oui oui will be very satisfied 😌
