The people at CVS pharmacy in Paris Texas (Lamar Street) are the rudest! Can never get a script filled in a timely manner and they will just hang up on you if you call. Either they are inept at their jobs or understaffed! This needs to be addressed by corporate because I have as of yet to get one person in Paris to say they like CVS and how they do business! Insurance requires us to use them or else most people I've met would be going somewhere else! Take care of this please. Maybe you could hire more people or people that know how to do their jobs! From what I can tell it's not the Pharmacist, it's the rest of the pharmacy staff!

I have been trying for over 1 month to get forms from hr that i need to get my husband on Medicare B. I need either the 109-5c proof of insurance or proof of employment. I have sent faxes and talked to different people with no luck. At this time I am out of options so I beg of you to reach out to me. My employment was terminated in April 2023 and I worked in Citrus Heights CA at the Target store on sunrise blvd. if you can help i would be very grateful

Monthly issues with one medication or another where they have none in stock and telling me I'm not the only customer with this problem. I've been out of a couple of medications for a week...told me one was being delivered and I did not authorize that.. I've had it and will be contacting corporate and every department in that facility.

I have been trying get my rx refilled for over a week. The pharmacy says it is on backorder, and they dont know anything about when it will be in. It is the Emgality (for Migraines) monthly injection 100mg/ml pen. They suggested that I call other CVS pharmacies and try to find it somewhere else! Really? Why should a customer try to track down a prescription? This is the CVS #5637 , 736 W Bankhead Hwy., Villa Rica , GA. I dont have that dose, nor the next one coming up. Please help me! This is totally ridiculous, because they seem like they couldnt care less, and that I should be happy with their answer. WELL I AM NOT!. Someone needs to step in and find out what is going on here because they sure dont care!!! Is it a supplier issue?? What?? ? I need someone to fix this asap. For the price of this med, you should bending ove backwards to find out why this has happened!!!!!!!! PLEASE reply , or direct me to corporate! I have had enough of their bull! Georgia

The lady manager was being a real kill me saying things between customers I'm sure all the customers coming in between is the same to toilet stool tell about it you know there's a plant is hung the manager the Lady manager with red hair or brunette really being rude pill and saying things that should be my business and another lady's business nobody else customer lady or dead come down to the manager portal silent and keep on looking for this person is not your business that is my business and my business Annalee manager had an attitude with me Tom Quayle at No we need to set it down investigate this whole thing because nothing is not cheating but the money thing when you wanna change the customer on the money that discount CVS card discount because I think they're not getting as good deals on a plane my dad nothing is the bathroom dirty I'd like they're not doing nothing keep it clean and we should close the store down cvs store 14460 west male road Omaha ne 68116 Store 5863

Your CVS app for iphone is not working. It use to work on my iphone 12 until recently (within the last month). I removed it and reloaded several times but it crashes immediately upon trying to open the app. My husband has an android phone and the cvs app is working on it. Seems to be a problem with your app not being compatible with iphones. This problem has been going on for a while and seems like it would be addressed/fixed by now. This inconvenience may cause you to lose many iphone users via switching to other pharmacies that have mobile apps that work. Thank you! Robin

APP does not open...immediately closes upon opening...it used to work...have deleted and reloaded a number of times, no change! I have iPhone 8+

If you open the app and navigate to your prescriptions and click the link inviting you to refill…it will probably not work. If it does, this will be the least frustrating thing you will have accomplished in trying to use this app. Click the option for home delivery….not possible. Why? Who knows: not me, and not CVS, because if they knew they’d certainly tell me. See the link to add other items to your cart? Click it…ah, doesn’t work if you’re in the pharmacy section of the app. Close the app and restart and add items to your cart, save, navigate to pharmacy…ah, not possible, you have to start the app, open the menu and choose pharmacy first thing if you want to refill a prescription. If you are able to somehow refill a prescription and select the option to prepay, upon completing the transaction you will wait to get a notification from the pharmacy advising that your prescription is ready. Once notified, you will go to the pharmacy and it will not be ready. You will wait. Once you finally do receive your prescription, you will be enrolled in an automatic prescription refilling scheme against your will, which will generate a text message in 30 days notifying you that your refill is ready. And it will not be. Vicious cycle. IN. SANE.

I am disgusted that no one takes accountability for errors that result from using the CVS app. When I have an issue with the app it should be routed through one singular location and others brought in an an as needed basis. Stop using the app as an excuse to pass the buck, I am so frustrated by contacting 1-800 … or this feedback and being told I need to contact the store, only to contact the store and have them indicate that I need to call the 1-800 number for help. Who is accountable for the app? Who decides on the content for the app? If you said corporate then corporate needs to step up and take accountability. For example, I am on two doses of the same medication and corporate suggested that I contact the store when I repeatedly had trouble filling one dose. Turns out it IS solely a corporate issue, it is apparently meant to flush out persons taking two doses of the same medication unknowingly. I do so knowingly and really there should be a place for me to acknowledge and override the system not allowing me to fill both doses, as first I take the doses at different times of the day and second there is no equivalent single dose if that were an option. You try to build in these convenience and safety features, but also build in inconvenience and frustration for others!

Dear CVS: Invest in UX. You need it.

This app generally works pretty well. But there are a couple of *critical* features that don't work.
I've tried to transfer prescriptions between CVS locations because I moved, and for whatever reason got to the point where the app simply gave me a message that said they couldn't be transferred. I found that INCREDIBLY annoying. To the point where I was picking up prescriptions 30 minutes out of my way because the app wouldn't transfer them. That really needs to be fixed.
Also, if the CVS I'm working with makes a mistake with a prescription that I have automatically refilled... say, a prescription that was supposed to have a 3 month supply but there are only 2 months of the prescription in the bag when I pick it up... on the app, the button to have my prescription refilled just isn't there when I need it to be, because I need the automatic refill earlier than anticipated. But the app assumes I don't need a refill early and doesn't give me the option to refill it! C'mon, that's just dumb!!! Obviously, accidents happen. Don't make presumptions about what I need and remove options! I just spent 10 minutes on hold trying to request a refill for this prescription, because there was no button to simply request it in the CVS app. That's ridiculous.
