I cannot say enough about carbon unwind and how it’s changed my life. I have never had the patience to listen to meditation and stories but a friend suggested this one and I tried it. I’ve never consistently stuck to meditation before CarbonUnwind. Both myself and my kids get overstimulated really easily, and the Unwind app has allowed us space in our days to calm down and relax together. I love that I don’t have to sit in a dark room with my legs crossed at 6am to meditate. I can do it while driving, cooking my kids dinner, or while I am rocking a baby to sleep with my AirPods in. The themed stories are also so great for my toddler, helping him to adapt easily to new situations. Love this so much!

I think it’s so important in today’s day and age that people find ways to relax, unwind and especially get a good night’s sleep! More and more people are using meditation apps during their day to help decrease their stresses and bring them back to a good place mentally. The fact that Carbon Unwind wraps nature into the mix makes it all the more enjoyable and healing! Way more affordable than other apps in the same space.

CarbonUnwind is awesome! I love that it has so many relaxing stories to listen to. Also there are many different meditation audio options. Im a beginner at meditating and I found the meditation audio very useful in coaching me how to properly meditate and relax. There is also stories for the kiddos! Highly recommend CarbonUnwind for relaxation and stress relief.

I really enjoy the meditations on CarbonUnwind. Very relaxing. I haven’t tried meditation in the past, so when someone suggested to start for mental health and wellbeing, I wanted to find a good app to begin with.
