WHEN NorwexParties works, it’s delightful! I’ve had so so SO many issues with it. Right now my host can’t get logged in. I even tried on my own phone and I can log in as me as a host, but I tried her user name and password (which we triple checked from her email) and it just flickers and resets to the login page. Back in September, my mother-in-law had trouble with the invites and reminders she sent. Some didn’t go through. (She did some email, some text.) In 2018 my host’s mother had given me the wrong email address and it could not be changed. Consultant care could not give her her password. It HAS to be checked via the email address it’s created with (which she no longer had access to.) Its really embarrassing when it doesn’t work and makes us look bad.

NorwexParties won’t load. It flashes an error, “Try Again,” every time I try to open NorwexParties . For a company that charges hundreds of dollars for a mop and supplies rags to suburban housewives, you’d think they could come up with an app that works. So annoying!

I accidentally added someone to the list I didn’t want to and am unable to unadd them. It worked much better to just make a Facebook event or a group chat and do it that way. I tried it on android too and it didn’t work there either.

So frustrated. Won’t take my log in info...I even copied and pasted the log in info sent from Norwex and am told it’s invalid. When I try to reset, it still says invalid.

When logging in as a host it logs in for a split second then goes right back to the log in page. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted my phone and still the same issue.

Every time I login, it logs me in for less than a second and then takes me right back to the login screen. I've tried deleting NorwexParties and reinstalling, as well as rebooting my phone, but nothing works.

Repeatedly tried to open, only for loading wheel to spin and for it to say “Try Again”

I received an email with my login info since I was hosting a party. When I used the login information they gave me it said it was invalid. So I tried “reset the password”. It send me further directions to change the password and still doesn’t work. Very frustrating! It’s working for everyone else in the party. The consultant says this happens quite frequently 🤦🏻♀️

I cannot get the Norwex app to maintain the correct country of origin. For some reason Canada was assigned to my account and no matter how many times I correct it and reset it NorwexParties changes back to Canada. My consultant has never heard of this before. I changed apps and the party app won’t let me sign in because the other app has assigned Canada to my email address.

I’d give this a zero if i could, I’ve been trying for days to get logged in and it keeps kicking me back to the login page. Amazing to me that a company can’t make an app that actually works in this day and age where everything is technology based.

Why has there not been an update in 2 years?! At the end of 2020, NorwexParties was functional, but hasn’t properly worked since Jan ‘21..

Crashes all the time. Doesn't remember your user name and is not fingerprint enabled so you have to sign in all the time each time. Won't let me send out invites on my iPhone but does on my iPad? Doesn't let you update your guests RSVPs either. At least you can see your guests orders.

I loved NorwexParties but now I can’t invite people or make invites. So frustrating! I’ve deleted NorwexParties and reinstalled, reset my phone and it still won’t work. So disappointed.

Could be better if it kept you logged in and remembered your username. It does update orders super fast so that is nice.

The only thing that bugs me with NorwexParties is that it doesn’t save your login or password so you have to re-enter it every time you access NorwexParties . I have been a party host 3 times and I enjoy tracking the progress of my party orders and rewards!

I downloaded NorwexParties when I hosted a party! It was great to send out invites, track who was coming, how much my party made, and a list of who bought what when it came to sorting and delivering items ordered! Can’t wait to use NorwexParties again! 😊

Can’t log in using email and password given. Redirects back to log in screen. No choice for fingerprint. Terrible!!
