Poor very poor customer service
Most customer care executive are not polite. Not ready to listen. All say different solutions to same problem that means they don't know in reality. Overalls very poor experience. Gonna uninstall it forever.

Impossible to cancel order
Customer service (robot) is referring to Paytm Mall App to cancel order. There the option is not clickable. Very bad service (no person to talk to) and App!

No customer service available to support customers like Flipkart Myntra Amazon they are giving only option and option... I personally suggest to Paytm shopping mall team pls improve to ur service first. But our totally experience are bad
