It does not have an English tab and I was not able to use VerificaC19 in English. Everything was in Italian

I have a French certificate VerificaC19 says it is not valid. Other EU pass scanners all five the green pass screen, but as usual, italy is behind the curve and make things more difficult

VerificaC19 indiscriminate people on a base of this pass. This was used during Nazism in Italy. Not tolerable. Shame on Apple to carry and support this type of applications!!!

The reason why US people are giving one stars is because the Italian Embassy in US had been saying (and still states) that US vaccine cards are accepted in Italy and that codes like vSafe, Excelsior, etc. are good in Italy. I landed in Milan on Aug 30 and as of today, Sep 3, no one is validating any vaccine or pcr testing info I carry. It’s unfortunate that the one star looks bad for VerificaC19 developer but it’s to prompt attention to misinformation spread by the useless Italian embassies and consulates in US (I am an Italian become US citizen and alway had troubles). On the other hand, Italians do not have any of these issues coming to US…

Can people from the US stop giving VerificaC19 a one star. This is for Italian citizens to use and not intended for US citizens. The European Union is working on adding other countries. VerificaC19 was created by Italy for Italian citizens only so unless you are an Italian citizen do not download VerificaC19 as it will not work for you at the moment. Maybe in the future it will but as of August 6,2021 it doesn’t and it doesn’t look like it will for the foreseeable future.

Riconosce i codici QR sempre, non riconosce (giustamente) codici stranieri o extra-UE.

It does not read US QR codes. If you have a US pass you can obtain an Italian Green Pass by applying for it. You can apply on the web from anywhere and you will receive it within a month (should be shorter now). Once you have the Italian Green Pass, VerificaC19 will work to read it.
