Having fun

I am having fun with StressGuide. If for another no other reason because every time I use it I'm aware what my body is doing and I can make adjustments independent of what StressGuide shows me. I know I have not used StressGuide often enough to know whether or not it is accurate and what it takes to have a really high stress resistance. But I am looking forward to finding out more.

Just started using again and I really like the simple, straight forward design and feedback. Have used breathing for health for years. Nice to have something so important to do made easy.

Good app where is the history?!?

StressGuide works well. It showed I was exhausted when traveling for a few days then stressed before a big job, relaxed after the madness. I have been running it daily but would love to have a history in app. It seems the only way to keep a history is to download a PDF each time.

I do like this ap and how it measures my heart rate and stress index. I do wish I could get a history without buying a package, at least for a trial period to see if I feel it’s a benefit. I feel the same about an exercise program. Offer it free for a short period of time, then if the customer finds it helpful, offer up a subscription.

It has a lot of useful information on food. It has recipes. The best thing I like is the scan function. You can scan foods and check the nutritional value and recommends alternatives.

It’s good, but needs to work with the watch

This would be a lot better if they’d connect to the Apple Watch. I’ll check back in the future and try again if it will work with the heart rate variability from the watch.

StressGuide is magnificent! It teaches you to be calm and not to sweat the small stuff. Highly recommended for those who do not meditate or practice Yoga. Just relax and take control of your breathing.

I’m disappointed with this app

I’ve downloaded and deleted StressGuide about 4 times for the simple reason that it never can sense my finger over the sensor camera. And I know it’s not my phone because I have several other breathing apps that ask for the same thing and it finds and tracks it instantly. Only StressGuide it doesn’t

I am using StressGuide since last week and I am enjoying! Its worth every $

Too bad...

Couldn't even get StressGuide started. In trying to fill out the profile, I entered 230 pounds multiple times and every time it stored 509 pounds. Tried lowering weight to 210 and it recorded 467, possibly like it was converting to pounds from kg, but the display said pounds. Anyway, it's unusable in its current state. I'll change the rating when it's debugged.
