First purchase on website. Retailers just don’t sell LB near me anymore.
Made an order over a week ago.
They just partially refunded me because an item wasn’t available; which I had to investigate myself because I’ve heard no mum from LB.
I’ve emailed them...To be cont..

It would have been nice to know what was going on with my order so, with that said you should better inform your customers when situations arise then you can offer the same convenience of picking another item etc. However, I am completely happy that you eradicated the situation that I had. My shirts are the quality that I expected and have always had. Miranda is a peach and I appreciate everyone that is a part of the team. I miss not being able to buy your products locally, however, with my experience with you thankfully I don’t have to miss out on the great products.

I have not been able to get in touch with Liquid Blue because their lines are “always busy” and I’ve emailed them with no response. I ordered a sweatshirt and T-shirt about four weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from them. Three days after my order was placed I checked the website and it said my package had shipped. 3 weeks later I haven’t heard anything and it still hasn’t showed up. I would have appreciate a better system to track your package which would be nice or having customer service respond to questions, phone calls and emails!

App is difficult to use when finding what you want . the search bar is so inaccurate . also LiquidBlue dosent have everything that the website has. But great quality tshirt and it they have great fitting

I’ve been a fan of Liquid Blue shirts for over ten years. I always searched them out at m/c shows, concerts, fairs, etc. when I found out I could buy them online directly from them, holy crap! My wardrobe went total Pink Floyd with a couple Rush & LED Zeppelin shirts too.

I searched for specific items.. Grateful Dead .. license plate holder, patches, car window stickers, etc.. and I had to search thru 200 back stage passes.. the search should be more specific .. key words. Stickers, patches, vanity signs and plate holders. Love the Grateful Dead shirts!

They use to have good quality shirts. Now they are a bit cheaply made. The never update their website or restock anything on there. App isn’t that good.

Compared to their website LiquidBlue is terrible. I only buy double sided t shirts and LiquidBlue has no ways to isolate double sided shirts... LiquidBlue needs a lot of work

Online site has some frustrating glitches, but LiquidBlue is horrible. Liquid blue has the best quality shirts/tie-dyes money can buy. I've been a loyal customer for years, but they need some serious help with the online site, and I don't know how anyone can browse their full selection using LiquidBlue.

These people do great high quality shirts and provide stellar customer service but LiquidBlue stinks. Go to the website, because if this is your only access you will think they are as bad as this glitchy, poorly done, disorganized app.
