I made an appointment using the app at approx 10:00pm last evening. The app doesn’t give you warning that it’s going to charge your credit card upon entering the credit card information...there’s no confirmation screen to verify all of the appointment information...it just charges automatically. After I made the appt, the app said it would confirm the appt within an hour. Why am I being charged for an appt that hasn’t even been confirmed???
And guess what? It’s now almost 15 hours later, I haven’t received any confirmation, the app says it’s still confirming the appointment, and it’s about 10 minutes prior to the appt window opening. I’ve texted and called the help line as the app suggested. No response from either. I’ve been waiting around all day because I wasn’t sure if I really had an appointment or not...that’s the opposite of convenient. And the fact that I was already charged for a haircut appt that was never confirmed and doesn’t appear to be happening?? That’s not just wrong, it’s criminal, and I’ll be taking appropriate action.

This app is horrible. There is no communication with client. They make you til last min to tell you that your stylist will be coming late.. i booked 4 days in advanced and 30 before my window was to closed i get a text that my appointment is coming late. Waste a day for a below average haircut.
The haircut itself. I asked for a barber i got a really bad hairstylist who had no business cutting men’s hair. I explained to the person what i would like, and it’s as if she did the exact opposite. And to top it off the stylist ends off by telling she isn’t a barber in case i was looking for that clean look, she does not do that sort of work… honestly it would have been nice if the stylist asp could have communicated that before cutting my hair instead of trying, messing up and then after decides to tell she’s not a barber.

We made an appointment and the app showed “confirming artist allow up to an hour”. Never received any communication. No artist ever confirmed. Email listed on website does not work. Phone number on website out of service. Phone number on app goes to a voicemail but no return call. They charged our credit card for a service we never received. Total scam.
