Here’s what I’ve noticed after a few days of use:

1) It does display the this app percentage of my iPhone on my watch, but for the most part it doesn’t update the this app percentage until I click the complication icon (and I have mine set to update every 30 minutes which is the most frequent setting). This basically defeats the purpose of Battery in my opinion.

2) You have the ability to choose from 3 different complication icons, but if I go into the settings and try to switch from one icon to another, the icon does not always change on the watch face. This is especially the case when switching from one watch face to another.

3) The notifications for low this app or fully charged this app don’t work. And when they do work they are way off. For example, I disconnected my fully charged iPhone from its charger at 5:30am this morning and received a notification on my watch at 11:30am saying my phone was fully charged. Not only had I not charged my phone again between 5:30-11:30, but my this app percentage was at 87% when Battery claimed it to be at 100%.

All-in-all, I am very disappointed with Battery and even more so at the fact that Apple allows the developer to charge people money for an app that does not perform as advertised. Hopefully it will improve thru updates but I’m not very optimistic.

It works with series 4, but the complication view options only works in old series 3 faces.
That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5

Battery is very useful when I can't use my phone at work so I can just lift my wrist and see my phone this app status love Battery so much would recommend to any apple watch owner it even is able to show you charging status on some watch faces again perfect exactly what I was looking for.

Will not let me change the look of the complication on my watch. And I made sure to go into Battery from my watch and into settings but when I click on the option to chose how it shows up on my watch, nothing happens

It doesn't update on my series 3 watch. Even when I open Battery on my iPhone 11. I've tried your suggestions, but they don't work either. I opened Battery on the watch and pressed to bring up the settings and pressed Refresh Info, the display went from 100% to 99%. The watch was last charged over 24 hours ago.

Basically, it's just a nice looking complication that doesn't do anything.

John, I’m stuck. I can’t change my display style in the infograph modular face. It’s that simple circular that apple gives as a standard this app indicator.

I want the this app bar with numerical value. How do I change it?

If I select Battery on the watch, I can see an option to change between 3 types, but I can’t figure out how to change it on the watch face.

I have reached out to the developer letting them know that the devices don’t update.

They responded letting me know I was wrong … and that it only reported what the native this app app showed

I tried to explain that all the devices were on the iOS app but not on the watch app, and the watch app didn’t update anything more than the first 2 devices.

Sad to say the developer responded once then stopped responding Once they knew Battery they sell doesn’t work.

Waste of money .. sorry I tried to support the developer with a purchase.

Don’t buy this is you expect it to work.

Really love the this app level complication for Apple watch! Wish it refreshed more than every 20 min.

Have my refresh set to every 30 and it doesn’t refresh unless I run Battery …

Must manually refresh, auto refresh doesn’t work. The feature that changes the icon on the watch doesn’t work. Stays stuck on 1 of three.

After reinstalling a few times and learning I need to run Battery in the background my results have been much better.

I'm not allowed to have my phone out at work so Battery has been a blessing now that it's working better.

I can finally get an accurate iPhone this app reading anytime I need!

I just purchased Battery to see my iPhone this app on Apple Watch. Unfortunately after installation and enabling notification, Battery complications still can’t reach iPhone. I’m using Battery on watch series 6 and iPhone 12 Pro Max.

All complication styles in the watch app are not enabled yet. Would love to get status of Apple smart this app too!

I used this on my watch for a year and today it vanished from my watch face because I can’t update to watchOS 5.0.
Why is it suddenly necessary for my watch to be running 5.0 to work? 🤬

I used that app for both iPhone X and Apple Watch, series 2 too for long time but not anymore for Apple Watch and no sure for iPhone. What happened??? Misss that app since I don’t like others

I get ‘unreachable’ since I updated my phone to 13 and watch OS to version 6.

Asks to enable notifications and then states phone is “unreachable”. Phone and watch inches from each other.

Now only showing rings, not percentage on iOS 14 😕
