So I’m loving VU but, you’re trying to make money off it... which is perfectly understandable we gotta make a living. My only thing is that you limit people to the extreme and having to pay just to shoot someone a message or modify useful settings and what not just drives people away from your app I might stay but, it’s the best app I’ve found so far just really wish you were more focused on people finding connections rather than trying to make money on it. Though I think the vip is nice it should be more optional and not pushed upon on to make the apps experience more enjoyable.

I’ve been on VU for over a year and have watched it develop. Yes, in the beginning it was laggy and it would crash but it was new and that’s expected but it’s a good platform to meet people on the same page. It’s nice to have an app where you can look for people that are into the same things as you and with their new contact updates it’s a great app! Thanks this app

Honestly. I enjoy the idea of VU and it’s basic functions as well as vast range of choices to customize your personal profile to suit your needs for seeking someone similar. Although I believe it would be much more enjoyable the layout was more simple as well as it’s screen to screen functions. More of a modern update would give VU the justice it deserves. I revive MySpace/Facebook vibes from VU instead I would fancy a much more healthy open tinder like vibe with the layout as well.

It needs a better notification system and the messages could be easier to find instead of having to wait to load more and if someone sends one while you are trying to go to the bottom of the list you are screwed but I still really love VU itself

VU is a good jumping off point to meet and talk with others, but the lag and bugs make it difficult to use. I’ve been using VU since 2015.

When I want to see my visitors, I have to wait 5 minutes for it to load, messages sometimes do not get sent, sometimes sent more than once (or three or four times). Now, with iOS14, VU won’t even open. Come on, devs!

I purchased VIP to see if it enhanced usability, but to no avail. Messaging is still spotty, faves, friends, and visitors are still a pain to see and interact with, radar shows people who haven’t been on in over a year, even when filters are set to “show online only” or “show online in the last 7 days only.”

FIX VU , DEVS! PLEASE! I want to keep using it, but...

We did end up divorced after a year but I’d still say VU helped us find our perfect match. VU just needs to update and calm down. All the darkness and outdated ness can give some creepy vibes.

I've been inundated using this site, met some great people and had some wonderful experiences. Like everything in life, you get out of it what you put in.

Really good and discreet app but seems to hav a glitch that says there are unread board posts still unread than what you go in and actually see. I like keeping my unread zeroed out but sometimes it shows some unread. And it's a pain that you have to use credits to send a message to someone.

I wasted some frustrating hours with VU trying to edit My profile properly and attempt to have a couple of conversations, which cost money after the first few times. (No thanks.) VU is very archaic and not to mention CRASHES CONSTANTLY!

Don't waste your time. I've had better luck on OKC just specifying that I'm into BDSM dating. At least there are real people on there and VU works!

Great app, easy to navigate and a great deal of people from around the world. UK and USA especially. Plenty of fakers obviously but easy to spot as they’re not verified!

VU was suggested to me by a friend. I’ve been looking for an app like this. Of course there are some issues where accessibility is concerned, like editing a profile and a few other things, but overall, VU is pretty great.

I don't know what they're trying to do with VU. For one it's stupid in signing up and taxing. You basically can only post mugshot picture on it and you can't even talk about anything with the chance of getting reported. Very stupid app. Don't waste your time. It's Christian Mingle in a nutshell... But like your old traditional grandparents type of Christian.

I wasn't able to do anything on VU besides search and message. I can't see who visited me or any other option on the left hand side of the screen that they offered without paying money. Bye bye!!

Ok so there's a bunch of horny/perv guys on there asking for favors. While this might be true, the function of VU basically lets you get to know people of your age group from reasonably close areas. As a guy I try to be chill with all of the ladies, and never send inappropriate pics or ask for favors. The best way to get a girl is to give her compliments if you ask me. But anyhow after having VU less than a week l was already talking to a really nice girl who was also interested in me. We exchanged numbers, face timed, and finally met up for a date!! We had so much fun that we decided to go out again and eventually we had sex, etc. which was basically what hoping for. Now we've been dating for 2 months and having a great time. Awesome! I always had a good impression with applications like this. I can send a message to all those who agree with my friend, all is free. I am glad of my personal image security is very high, I often optional display them in my hobbies, I can control who can see it. With VU I can find yourself a lot of good friends. I can test their relationship by going to their friends list, I do it because your friends list publicly. The advantage of this application is that the user can not have 2 accounts on the same device. This will greatly limit the virtual account.
