Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VU app issues:

Force Stop the VU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VU.
