It keeps saying my email is taken when I’ve never made an account before and so i can’t even use PlusOneDigitalYearbook .

I put in my schools information and when I click next nothing happens. Since I haven’t been able to go into school, this was my only option and I can’t even use this. I do not recommend since it never works. If you read through the reviews they are all the same, nothing works. Don’t bother trying to delete it and try again. It won’t work 🧍🏽‍♀️

Doesn’t work in landscape. Can’t read small font. Maybe port books to Issuu instead.

PlusOneDigitalYearbook doesnt work pass next so i dont know why my school said to use it. Its complete trash and is not useful whats so ever.

App does not work after input information. No area to access help. This is junk. No info as to how to fix. Very lame.

The signing up part is not good. I can hardly tell who the picture is of and I can’t read the text or names. I don’t recommend it.

Follow the 3 steps for setting up. I enter school, select school/year, last name, school ID, nothing happens.

Keep pressing next but nothing happens. Doran not move to next page. Frustrating as heck. Please fix.

It never works beyond the ‘next’ button. There are different versions of my school and I’ve tried each one. Still doesn’t work.

I tried to make an account and when you click next nothing happens. I deleted PlusOneDigitalYearbook and then redownloaded and tried again but still nothing.

Forgot my password, went to the forget password area, put in my user ID, and it says it’s an invalid user. I’m logged into another device, so I know it’s the right user ID.

Awful app. Clumsy, bad UI, effectively no login management.

Every time I try to sign up, PlusOneDigitalYearbook becomes very slow and unresponsive when I put in the school name. I’ve exited out of PlusOneDigitalYearbook and tried again multiple times and the same thing happened. And the few times I did do it successfully, when I pressed next after I filled out the other information it would glitch out and become unresponsive again. Pls help.

i got PlusOneDigitalYearbook for my digital yearbook because the hard copy of my schools year book didn’t come in yet and it won’t let me sign up even though i’m following all the steps 🙄 #plusoneisoverparty 😹

It works but it’s very low res. Pixelated and can’t read small font.

Could just send out the yearbook as a pdf. PlusOne viewer is hard to navigate.

I’ve seen some people say that one they input their information but once they click next nothing happens. Same happened to me, turns out There are multiple years for the same school and you have to put in the correct one for something to happen. ( just search up your school and it should be the last one on the list)
