I get the weekly email for “insights” and it pushed me to download the app. I thought it would be a good tool to download. I was wrong. It is literally the same app as the Dashboard app from Clover but this one is broken. I cannot access anything in it. Why push your customer to download an app that does not work?? Gave me a good laugh. I was reading through some reviews, seems like this has been a problem for over a year. Looks like I’ll be making the switch to Square pretty soon, at least they got their stuff together.
Awful customer service
I have called for weeks to have an update in my banking account and everyone says a different story of what to do. Three weeks later no change has been done, I haven’t received my deposits and I have to understand that it is the holidays. Not recommended at all.
Not updated and zero customer service
Tried to use this mobile tool over many years. Often out of date and unresponsive customer service. I would expect much better technology alignment for Bank of America and the mobile needs of clients (I'm a 10+ year merchant).

I receive monthly insight email which is great, would love to access the information the app promises to provide yet upon logging in the app has plenty of bugs and doesn’t work to provide the promised information. It would be nice if they could figure it out..
This app is constantly incorrect and for the last 3 months shows $0 every day! Seems I’m not the only one as many others have written bad reviews with the same problem and nothing is being done to fix it. 👎🏼
Doesn’t work. No one cares
This app used to work. Now I only receive emails with high level stats that point to the app. Then the app is blank. How can I get stats on my business? No one answers emails. No way to open a trouble ticket.
Can't log in!
I tap connect with clover at the login screen and then it says not found. I have never been able to log into the app.
Hasn’t updated in 5mo
App never updates data. Been showing no daily,weekly or monthly results for months.
I am also having access problem. Who can I get in touch with to learn further.
I’m sure it would be good, but I can’t login using my clover credentials. Every time I try to log in it says not found.
After all reviews deleted . To app developers open urs eyes and take actions if you want make money!

Pleasantly surprised by the utility I've gotten from Insightics. Within a few weeks I was already learning things I didn't know about my customers and my foot-traffic, which is huge for a small business owner that operates mostly in absentee. I check the app like clockwork when I wake up just to see how I did yesterday. Very cool, and would definitely recommend trying it out. Nothing to lose when it's free!
