Apparently my “trial period” has ended. Meanwhile, our business processes close to $100k a month with FISERV. I suppose I would be willing to pay a monthly fee for this service, but the only option I’m given is to call the service center.

I don’t even know if it works. They don’t tell you that you have to pay for it. Total joke like the rest is first data.

Pleasantly surprised by the utility I've gotten from Insightics. Within a few weeks I was already learning things I didn't know about my customers and my foot-traffic, which is huge for a small business owner that operates mostly in absentee. I check MainStreetInsights like clockwork when I wake up just to see how I did yesterday. Very cool, and would definitely recommend trying it out. Nothing to lose when it's free!

I get the weekly email for “insights” and it pushed me to download MainStreetInsights . I thought it would be a good tool to download. I was wrong. It is literally the same app as the Dashboard app from Clover but this one is broken. I cannot access anything in it. Why push your customer to download an app that does not work?? Gave me a good laugh. I was reading through some reviews, seems like this has been a problem for over a year. Looks like I’ll be making the switch to Square pretty soon, at least they got their stuff together.

It's been 6 months of same issues. Incorrect sales figures, showing sales processed at times my shop is not open. I've tried being patient & explaining the issues several times but typically met w "we're looking into it" & then no follow up. Last time they said that my "timezone seems incorrect." That was the end for me. There's really no point to having MainStreetInsights if their figures are incorrect & that has been the case but they have been "looking into it", since April.

I've learned a ton about my business by using Insightics. One of my favorite things is being able to see my return customers, and the emails reporting on my previous week are a great way to start my Monday (as long as business is going well, that is!).

Tried reaching out to customer service. No response. How have these bugs not yet been fixed? They're big ones. Is anyone reading these reviews?

Nice, simple graphs. Downloaded this to check out how my business is doing compared with similar businesses in my area. Thinking about using more features to see what other information is provided....

I get the weekly emailed updates for my business but as of over a year later I cannot log in. Somehow they have completely different info, not my phone number attached, I can't even access MainStreetInsights ! I've called customer service so many times with no resolution. What's the point!!??? I guess the weekly email is cool but that's all I will ever see. So I don't even know if MainStreetInsights works well because I can't access my account!!!

MainStreetInsights is great and lets me see how my revenue compares each week. Love being able to keep track of returning customers, and especially comparing myself to similar businesses. The cohort feature is really cool, too.

A decent app that could be really helpful but at the moment is pretty useless. They are constantly looking for user feedback and every time I explain that not every business's week starts on Sunday. Ours starts on Monday and if we can't change that most of the forecasting tools are useless.

Quick and easy way to see how my store is doing any given day. Plus tells me how other stores are doing the same day.

MainStreetInsights makes running my business a breeze! It's simple, user friendly, and right to the point. I can track all my figures from home! Two thumbs up.

When MainStreetInsights first came out, it was awesome! Instant reporting and you could hold your finger over the hours and it would tell you the exact $$ made that hour. Now, it typically lags a day or two, if not more, before you can view a days hourly break down and sales, takes forever to load sometimes, and just isn't as efficient as it should be.

Honestly MainStreetInsights used to work fairly well. I used to get a notice throughout the day if I met my earnings forecast but now it takes days. I cannot slide over the hours of a given day to see what had transpired. The updates and fixes are so incredibly sparse and intermittent that it is ineffective. They should probably consider that businesses use this tool regularly and newer businesses rely on its reporting.

MainStreetInsights has to be one of the worst I rely on MainStreetInsights to give me updates when I am away from my business but it can take more than a day to update the data it has so many issues and at times data does not load at all I am currently waiting 28hrs for data to update and customer service forget it. Love clover system but not MainStreetInsights don't bother

It works as it is described.

I prefer the weekly reports on Mondays. Friday's are too busy, although, Sunday would be kinda nice to see a preview of the previous week, and how we did on c/c sales.

Helps me keep track of everything that's going on with my business.

Easy to use and the and all the information a retailer needs at their fingertips

Really interesting data! Can't wait to play around with it more. Can't believe the change in juice shop sales from summer leading into fall.

I have called for weeks to have an update in my banking account and everyone says a different story of what to do. Three weeks later no change has been done, I haven’t received my deposits and I have to understand that it is the holidays. Not recommended at all.

Tried to use this mobile tool over many years. Often out of date and unresponsive customer service. I would expect much better technology alignment for Bank of America and the mobile needs of clients (I'm a 10+ year merchant).

I receive monthly insight email which is great, would love to access the information MainStreetInsights promises to provide yet upon logging in MainStreetInsights has plenty of bugs and doesn’t work to provide the promised information. It would be nice if they could figure it out..

MainStreetInsights is constantly incorrect and for the last 3 months shows $0 every day! Seems I’m not the only one as many others have written bad reviews with the same problem and nothing is being done to fix it. 👎🏼

MainStreetInsights used to work. Now I only receive emails with high level stats that point to MainStreetInsights . Then MainStreetInsights is blank. How can I get stats on my business? No one answers emails. No way to open a trouble ticket.

I tap connect with clover at the login screen and then it says not found. I have never been able to log into MainStreetInsights .

App never updates data. Been showing no daily,weekly or monthly results for months.

I am also having access problem. Who can I get in touch with to learn further.

I’m sure it would be good, but I can’t login using my clover credentials. Every time I try to log in it says not found.
