“Expired Trial”

Apparently my “trial period” has ended. Meanwhile, our business processes close to $100k a month with FISERV. I suppose I would be willing to pay a monthly fee for this service, but the only option I’m given is to call the service center.

They need to stop advertising this

I don’t even know if it works. They don’t tell you that you have to pay for it. Total joke like the rest is first data.

Still broken 0/20

I get the weekly email for “insights” and it pushed me to download the app. I thought it would be a good tool to download. I was wrong. It is literally the same app as the Dashboard app from Clover but this one is broken. I cannot access anything in it. Why push your customer to download an app that does not work?? Gave me a good laugh. I was reading through some reviews, seems like this has been a problem for over a year. Looks like I’ll be making the switch to Square pretty soon, at least they got their stuff together.
