Not working anymore
***Amending my previous comment: I loved loved loved this app. It was perfect for my lifestyle and yoga style, and great for my physical and mental health. But it no longer works. There is no audio, so I can't tell when to switch poses without staring at it, defeating the purpose. I emailed the company and did not receive a response. I am pretty heartbroken about this lovely and helpful app.*** I did the every day routine last night and it's exactly what I need. The only thing I wish this had is a category of poses that hit the upper body better- my neck and shoulders etc need some serious yin like stretching and I can't find poses that focus on them specifically. I'd LOVE to see that added!

Good yin sequences, but app stops working
I absolutely love these yin routines and did them regularly but then ended up with the same problem others have reported where the sound abruptly stopped working. I erased it and installed again, but still no sound. Super disappointed!

Needs more poses
I love Yin 🙂 I bought this for creating my own sequences. Was a bit dissatisfied that it did not have all the common yin poses. This has beautiful photos which are fun to view but it would be amazing if it had all the common poses so I could create sequences with all my favorite poses.
