I use KissCarService to order a taxi and on KissCarService sent $16 so I got in the cab and he said $18 I told him the ab is $16 he said he don’t like picking up people that order from KissCarService because KissCarService is always wrong .. then he goes on and say how Uber is more expensive lift also 😑 I always order a taxi on KissCarService and the drivers go by KissCarService price except this one and another cab driver last year

Kiss car is the best taxi service I’ve been using for 7 years now and has always been wonderful 💯👌

Super afford to price hikes no more 90 dollar cab rides and way better drivers !

I’ve tried using KissCarService multiple times and i was only ever able to get a cab once. They then charged me twice for it and never answered the phone when I called to try and resolve the issue.

KissCarService keeps crashing, or runs extremely slow. Can someone fix this? I prefer this car service over Uber, but sometimes I end up using the Uber app because KissCarService isn’t working. Maintenance is needed on KissCarService

Driver was very rude, as he looked at me and told me that he was not taking me. I also then showed him on my phone his picture his car and his license plate and he continued to tell me that was not him and that he was someone’s Uber driver and I was not that person. I was very offended I am very offended and would like for someone to contact me as soon as possible regarding this matter

Barely ever actually get a cab and when I do get a cab it’s either after it says no driver found and I’m already in another cab or I cancel the ride due to the never ending looking for a driver screen and then get a call saying it’s your cab driver I’m here. Horrible

Amazing app

I scheduled a ride ahead of time . & they did not have any thing available very disappointing.

KissCarService is trash, after certain hours it can’t even load up. Other times it shows you a bunch of cars but says there’s an error saving the ride.

App keeps crashing and drivers cancel on you and don’t wait sometimes they want to overcharge you too

Need to have driver come get people when you order these app

Driver over charged and tried to get violent.

THE DRIVERS DO NOT GO BY THE SET PRICES THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER PRICE FOR YOUR RIDE INSTEAD WHICH WILL BE MUCH MORE DO NOT USE BETTER OFF WITH UBER THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER NOT ONCE BUT TWICE THE DRIVERS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF KissCarService THEY USE KissCarService AND GIVE U OUTRAGEOUS PRICES BE SAFE WITH KissCarService PEOPLE DO NOT FOLLOW THEY SET PRICE ITS A LIE

Kiss car service will pick you up/bring you anywhere in the tri-state for cheap.. Low prices to All the major airports too!

I will always take a KISS over an UBER..

KissCarService is accurate, and i can see when they are coming and how lobg is gonna take, and i can pick the size of the car for the amount of people and there is no credit needed! I love it.

Very fast and good service

It tries to save the ride and then an error comes up so I end up having to call.

I have called this company my whole life. Everytime I order a cab they claim they can never find my house. Yet they work on a GPS SYSTEM! Please explain to me how you can get lost?! And dispatch is VERY rude.
