It's not an overstatement to say SmartTraxx is useless. In all fairness I suppose a time may come when I need to use the Tulane University shuttle, but, until then DELETED.

every time I open SmartTraxx it centers the map on France. even if I drag the map over to the US there are no buses, no schedules, nothing! useless piece of crap.

Great idea! But it does not work. SmartTraxx opens but it is completely blank. Reinstalled multiple times as well. Also, submitted multiple feedbacks for 2 months, no updates or anything to fix app. What's the point of feedback if you're not doing anything.

Couldn’t get SmartTraxx to work on our University Campus until I went to the iPhone’s settings.
Settings > Notification Center > Badge App Icon (turn it on)
Then when I launched SmartTraxx I was out of Europe and tracking shuttle buses on campus. Now the routes and schedules show up.

SmartTraxx is very useful to me, as it shows the real-time location of the vans in the shuttle service on my college campus.
But -- there is a big problem, which is that SmartTraxx has a major memory leak. Once I open and use SmartTraxx , it remains running in the background, and consumes something like 50% of my entire battery power on the iPhone in the matter of four or five hours. Even if I close SmartTraxx (by double tapping to get the list of running apps, and then swiping upwards), the battery continues to be drained at an excessive rate (something like 30% of entire battery power in four or five hours). The only way to stop the leak is to restart the entire phone.
Please get this fixed, so that I can use SmartTraxx without problems.
