Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Hey! app issues:

Force Stop the Hey! App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Hey! app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Hey! to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hey! App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Hey! app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Hey!.

Fix Hey! unable to contact server/ Hey! internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Hey! » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Hey! » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
