Not working on my iPhone 11

This problem started soon after Trump said he was taking the US out of WHO. I try to open WHOInfo & it crashes.

I hope WHO is not responding to Trump's grandiose pout (think of a 2-year-old) by denying Americans access to its app. Many Americans also see Trump as an abomination. His desertion of international cooperative efforts to improve the world is a betrayal of American values.

WHO fights on many fronts against a multitude of horrible diseases that beset our species--diseases that flourish thanks to poverty, poor education, environmental destruction, overpopulation, & governmental corruption. Readers' need to learn about those diseases & follow their numbers might load the WHO's servers to a crash point all by themselves. Then the coronavirus plops a ten-kilogram weight into an apparatus set for grams.

I hope it is server overload & not political meddling that has created the crash problem with the WHO app for iPhone 11, & I hope that the problem can soon be resolved.

It’s updated now

Lots of reviews on here saying WHOInfo doesn’t give covid19 news and updates. It is updated now and very handy and useful. Also go on their website, you can see some cool data viz. They also have a what’s chatbot. WHO has stepped up in their communication to the public.

In sickness and in Health..

In these days and times being kept abreast of the health and pulse of the world at large seems to make it to the top of the list this of priorities WHOInfo from WHO is surely and certainly right on time with these days and times of concern regarding diseases epidemics and the like.."

Out of date by years

In this world of technology and with a disease as serious as COVID 19 out there, the WHO had a really great opportunity to shine as the leader it should be in the world of healthcare. There is no excuse whatsoever to fail so horrifically to citizens of this globe whom have been told to look to WHO for the latest. The latest info they have is 2017 and COVID 19 is not even mentioned on their website. It is also difficult to use. They would do well to have no app if this is the best they can do. A huge disappointment.

Needed in these times

With Covid-19 on the rise and being extremely unpredictable, WHOInfo gives good needed information

Some I nformation is out of date

Some information isn’t kept up to date. News & stories section doesn’t have any new information.
Would be nice to be able to setup notifications.

Dr

I hope you make a big updates in this version

This App should be called WHO (old) Info

How is it that facebook updates their app almost twice per week giving the ability for people to spread misinformation. Yet, WHOInfo I thought would give me the most reliable and most recent information hasn’t updated many areas since 2017.

Limited content updates

Outbreak and fact sheets seem to be updating however the news tabs latest articles are from 2018. I had hoped new studies and recommendations would be published.

Dated Information - 2017

The information is dated. WHO Stories is from Dec 2017. WHO News is from Apr 2018. The only one that did update is Disease Outbreak Updates Mar 2020 (limited). I’ve pulled down to refresh multiple times. I’ve had WHOInfo for years and the data never updated. WHOInfo is of no use. I’m deleting it after I write this review.

By

Very out of date

I agree with other recent reviews as to the limited user interface and the out of date information. The only information from 2020 is the Disease Outbreak Updates section that, like others have said before me, doesn’t have any information on COVID-19.

No stars here

I downloaded WHOInfo thinking there would be current and pertinent information. Not do. Last news article in 2018. What’s up with that?? WHO - better to delete WHOInfo since you are no longer doing anything with it.

Free

Magnifying Glass Needed!

Want to read the latest report on Covid? Good luck! It’s not arranged for mobile. The type is so small it’s laughable. So I tried to enlarge it. All I did was wipe the front of my phone with two fingers. It doesn’t enlarge. The website is better... at least for Covid reports.

Waste of Time

I was looking forward to be directly informed about the Corona Virus, and it’s clear they have not updated WHOInfo some articles since 2015 others 2017!
Just use their website and don’t bother with this.

Nothing new?

Out of date just one article on what’s happening currently in several countries. On the other hand, had no idea about what was happening in Africa.

Should be removed

There doesn’t seem to be any current info (nothing at all on COVID-19) on WHOInfo. If no one is going to keep it up, it should be removed from WHOInfo Store.

By

Laughable

WHOInfo hasn’t been updated in years, for the most part. There was additional info on HIV, Ebola, and polio in recent months. That’s it... nothing on influenza, COVID-19, etc. The NY Times has more relevant health information.

Latest news from 2 years ago!

WHO needs to update WHOInfo. It could be so helpful now during the Coronavirus outbreak.

No Coronavirus Updates!?!

This has to be a huge miss given the current global pandemic. No updates/articles since 2018!
